If you’re in the area and you need office supplies, this is the place to go. They have everything.Today I stopped by to grab a few office items that I needed. The store is well stocked and the employees are friendly. The store is also well labeled both overhead and for each aisle.Although I stopped by here today, I have used their next day delivery service, and it is outstanding. Easy and simple to order online. They also have a copier service which I have also used in the past and was extremely satisfied with. They were able to copy and bind materials for me.So if you need just about anything office related - pens, paper, furniture, electronics and especially ink toner, this is the place. in addition, they have a great kid section for kid related suppliesSo if you can’t pick it up at the grocery store, or you need something special and specific, then stop on by. They are friendly and well stocked.

I went to have a poster made as I had done many times in the past and the store was very unhelpful . They told me they didn't do what I had asked even though I had had it done in the past and called to see if they still do it. The first day I went the young man refused to do it because he said it would be blurry . Not what I asked, I wasn't to blurry for me. I got so frustrated and left. The manager watched the whole thing and never tried to help. He said nothing either way. Nor to help the employee or myself. I called another store and they said they could help me. The other store is not right by my house. I went back today and got another associate who said they could do what I asked but that it's an extra charge for them to basically realize the picture. It took 2 minutes because she kept talking then she's goes on to be short with me saying they don't offer this anymore because it takes time from other customers. None of this was said before. To crop a picture isn't rocket science. Finally she does it but still with an attitude. The Glenmont store is much more helpful. I wish that store was by my new house and still my Staples instead of this one. Go to Glenmont if possible

I would never vist this store again..I got some supplies for the kids and they never honored any of their sale price as well as a coupon that I had shown. Before I could check the bill, they ringed me out and went to the next customer..I realized I was ripped off once I came home and checked what I paid.

Payed 50¢ and got 0 copies. 1 of the 3 machines were working and the girl working didn’t know how to use them… All she could say is “sorry I don’t know how to work this machines” if she doesn’t know why is she the only one working? Schedule people that know their stuff.

This review is long overdue.During the month of May I came to the printing department with a complicated project that would take multiple sessions to complete. Cory (possibly spelled differently) listened to every one of my requests, prepared samples for me, and was clear and consistent with his completion dates for each phase. My friend had a wonderful birthday complete with the custom book I printed thanks to Cory. I can’t thank him enough.

Calvin at the register was extremely helpful. I came in to buy a single item and he immediately suggested that I download that company app to save 15% on my purchase. Who doesn't like saving money? So, I really appreciated that.

Very poor service in the copy center. They are not helpful at all. The UPS store in the same shopping center is very helpful.
