“We love Chesterbrook in Germantown! Our daughter has been attending since the last 2 years. All the teachers we’ve had have been great. Ms Sumitra and Ms Visakha in Room 5 are just amazing. Specially Ms Sumitra has been instrumental in my daughter’s growth the past 2 years. The teachers are educated, caring, and open with communication about my daughter. I am thankful to have found a school that values early childhood development, collaboration between families and educators, and creates home-school connections. The principal/administration are very receptive to feedback. I am beyond impressed with all my toddler has learned and can’t wait to watch her grow through each program at the school.”

“As a first time super nervous parent I am so thankful to have found this particular Kindercare center off Crystal Rock! My son has started back in October 2021. The staff here are kind, warm and just some of the most genuinely caring people I have encountered. Ms. Nancy, Ms. Pam, Ms. Elom, Ms. Jenny and Ms. Sarah, Ms. Yasi were and are some of my sons regular teachers in the Toddler and 2A class. Ms. Farzi does a great job teaching the music class we enrolled my son in as an extra class. We will definitely adding these extra classes soon such as phonics and cooking class.I love all the activities my son does throughout the day and how much learning is happening! There is an app that is updated frequently with pictures or videos of your child's activities throughout the day and notes on what is eaten, diaper changes etc. The director there is fairly new to this particular center but has been with Kindercare for many many years! I cannot speak for the previous directors at this center but from what I have seen, Ms. Seynabou has been emphasizing on creating relationships with parents and children and I can tell feels strongly about having an open communication. I feel very comfortable to approach her with any issue or even just conversing about the day. I never feel rushed or feel unheard. Overall the feeling I get from this center is like a family. The saying "it takes a village to raise a child" is so true and I am happy to be apart of this village.”

“Black rock learning center has done a amazing job caring and educating my 2 sons. They have weekly concepts/themes in which they teach the kids all about. So your kids will learn about numbers, letters, holidays, writing, weather, etc. They send out monthly newsletters so you're aware of what the kids learned and what they will be learning next month.Both my kids love going to black rock and have so much fun there. It's a great daycare and I highly recommend it.”

“Both of my kids are enrolled at this center for over 2 years now , at first as a new parent I was scared but after seeing the interactions with teachers and students it was heart warming. The assistant director make you feel so welcome. The center director is a pie she welcomes new families with open arms like her own , her door is always open for endless questions, and provide answers you’re looking for what more can a parent ask for. My school aged child is always excited to go to KinderCare and start her day, Miss Cynthia is very caring and full of patience you ask she delivers, my four year old adores his teacher Ms Ashley, who is very heart warming with the kids, her professionalism makes teaching looks easy. Thank you KinderCare for making my babies feel at home.”

“My son attended Messiah Lutheran Preschool in the Tuesday/Thursday 3 year old class this past school year. This is a great program with caring and nurturing teachers who really focus on the individual needs of each child. My son was excited to attend school each day and learned both social skills and content-based skills (such as recognizing letters and writing his name) in just 6 hours a week. This is a wonderful community of people from the director to the teacher helpers who really care about the children and go out of their way to support families as well as the kids. Additionally, the teachers provide feedback to the parents three times each year and post the day's lessons outside the classroom each day so that we can be involved and support our children in their learning goals as well. I highly recommend MLPS to anyone with preschool aged children!”

“My son (2 yrs old) is currently going to PVA and he cannot be more happy. The Director of the school makes sure everything runs very well. She is the best. The school is very well structure, organized, clean, kids play and learn, with areas to be outside (nice playgrounds) and in different spaces/rooms, and flexible schedule for working parents... Staff are very good too, caring and helpful. Also, it is affordable. Even if you do not live close, it is worth the trip because your kid are going to love this place.”

“Stop! Look no further! Yes, this review is longer than usual but as a fellow parent, I would want to know these things. Choosing the right preschool for our twins was a daunting task since we wanted nothing but the best for their first official school. We visited all the well-known preschools in the area but none of them gave us that "this is it" feeling. Our friend recommended Children's House at Holly Hill Montessori and believe me, I had my reservations when I heard it was set up in the teacher's home but I went for a meet and greet anyways. It was the best decision we could have made and all our preconceptions went out the window as soon as we stepped in. Every nook and cranny of the school was a functional space, purposefully designed to cater to the needs of the little ones. And here's the kicker: despite the bustling activity of energetic preschoolers, the school exuded a serene atmosphere that could only be explained by witchcraft. Not a single moment of chaos or tears to be found! However, the true gem of Children's House is none other than the remarkable Ms. Toni. She embodies everything a parent could dream of in a teacher, especially for young children. With her patience, kindness, and genuine care, she creates an environment that feels like a warm hug. Her infectious smile and unwavering passion for teaching are evident in every interaction. We left our twins in her capable hands, knowing they were in the best possible care.Our twins initially struggled with a speech delay, but thanks to Ms. Toni's exceptional skills, they quickly caught up with their peers. She has a remarkable knack for teaching, seamlessly integrating academics with invaluable life and social skills. And as an added bonus, she provides a hot lunch every day, which was incredibly helpful for us as busy parents.Ms. Toni has laid a solid foundation for our twins, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive in elementary school. We will forever be grateful for the immeasurable impact she has had on their development. It's without a doubt that she is the best teacher they have encountered on their educational journey thus far. Our only regret is that the pandemic prevented us from staying with her longer.We wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Toni and Children's House at Holly Hill Montessori to any parent seeking a nurturing and enriching preschool experience. She has consistently demonstrated her unwavering dedication to the children's best interests, leaving a lasting mark on their lives. “We've been sending our daughter since she was 6 months old to this location and have nothing but great things to say about LaPetite Germantown. Her teachers in the infant room have been EXCELLENT! With their guidance, our little one has blossomed into a crawling/walking/babbling toddler. I can see the work they put in and am amazed at the high level of love and care they have for each child in their care. They are experts in making sure children are encouraged and supported as they hit developmental milestones. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for not just a daycare, but a school that will help your little one grow.”
