A pretty big pet supplies, and ready-to-go pets, store in the middle of a larger collection of big box stores. Thought it was ok. Seemed to be amply supplied in terms of products but not as much in terms of pets, though there were still a number of them.

Our dog trainer, Wendy, was a perfect match for us, my elderly parents, who I live with \\u0026 do stuff they can't do anymore, myself \\u0026 a new 10 week old female Cavapoo, (who isn't potty trained yet \\u0026 I never had to do this b4). She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and easy for all of us to understand. She allowed all 3 of us to attend, even though there is a 2 person per dog limit. Although we're still working on the potty training, our puppy, Molly, left knowing how to sit. Thanks, Wendy !!! We'll see you at the puppy group training class once she's got this potty training thing down.

Would you drink this water? You are responsible for the care of these little creatures, they depend on you. Seeing the way your store treats these little animals is heartbreaking. Once, I didn't wash a water bottle for 3 weeks and it never turned that green. How many months has this bottle gone without a scrub down? It's not that hard, you have the proper brushes in your store. It takes me 1 minute to properly wash a bottle. If you are going to be selling living beings in your store, you need to ensure that they are taken care of. I tried calling but I was on hold for an ungodly amount of time. Do better.

I like this location because of staff seems educated on what they sell, and a very attentive. The location is stocked up and everything you need for your pup. I would definitely recommend this location.

If you have a small dog with potential trachea issues, do not book an appointment here. Small poodle people, look elsewhere. They will not take your dog for grooming. I have two poodles, a standard poodle and then a miniature with trachea issues as with all small poodles. I made appointments for both dogs, first online and then on the phone. When I showed up, they refused to take my small poodle so I left without having either groomed. They did take this same poodle last year for grooming. I am from out of town. Do not bring your dogs here. Evidently they are not competent. They would not even bathe my dogs. Maybe a call from them would have been in order. Or since I booked the appointment with someone in the grooming salon on the phone after I tried to book online and had already written about the trachea issues, maybe they could have spoken with me about that then... or given a warning or policy info. Or they could have checked their bookings and called to cancel so I wouldn't have shown up. How inconsiderate!! So many better ways to handle this besides letting a client wait for days for an appointment and then refusing service once the client has arrived. A friend said PetSmart is protecting itself because Its groomers have had dogs die under their care or right after. 47 I read in one article. I will never go to any Petsmart again. Poorly run business.I just noticed that Petco Corporate responds to reviews on Yelp while I see no responses from Petsmart. That says something about this business.

Front desk is always SO helpful. Today a young lady with glasses helped me sign up for a wellness plan for my dog and also helped me refill two prescriptions! Thank you Germantown Banfield

Traveling with one of our cats, we stopped here to pick up a few things we had forgotten to bring along. We go to our own branch at home that has a grooming center, but this had the first pet training service I have seen. The place is pleasant. A cashier greeted us as we entered - their standard procedure I am sure, but I was surprised how many people walked by and ignored the small courtesy. It is comparable to our own branch.

I have been going that location for two years and i was fairly satisfied. There is a lot of room for improvement. My favorite groomer is no longer there. Today was the final straw. i took my dog in for a bath... her tear stains didn't get cleaned up and her anal behind didn't get cleaned up. The bath is always included those two areas as done in the last few times. The quality went down considerably. See attached photos to show her tear stains that not been removed.I'm sure that at another location would be better as I have always been a loyal PetSmart shopper for years.

Believe all the poor reviews!! Honestly the worst managed PS, Ive been to. Help is never around when you need it. Like 3-5pm. One lone cashier, who has to deal with a long line because managers love to hide in the back of store instead of managing the front end. So 3 times, I come to this store and theres a price discrepancy at the register. Price is always higher than what the shelf price is. Instead of calling on the PA and asking for a price check , cashier asked me to go back and take a picture of the price tag. ($4) difference. So I went. I took a pic. Then cashier said i can't see the numbers . I need u to go back. At this point I said, please call a manager because i took a picture like you asked. The item thats on the shelf is exactly what Im buying. And her line was getting very long. This store is always having stuff I need out of stock. No one is ever around. The adoption center for cats appears to be neglected, and you cant go into the room to interact, because of "COVID" yet Crofton locations or other locations have no restrictions. Another thing, is avoid there grooming department. They dont know what they are doing.

For a store specializing in pets, fish, birds, etc. is bad. I went to get some fish for my aquarium and they sold me a Kissing Gourami that was full of Ick.. It was too late bc I put him in my tank, and lost an awful lot of fish in my aquarium, as well as my poor sick gourami. I felt so bad for that fish, and got angry when my other fish lost their life.I called them, and they blamed it on their water changing system breaking down, and it really is a very bad excuse. If that were the case, they should stop selling their fish, until they get the problem fixed. Also, I thought they could have a backup system, but it isn't the case.I will never, ever buy there again. I will use my local pet stores, and not the corporate chains. They are AWFUL!!!!!!!!!
