I give it a one star rating due to poor customer service. Some of the staff there are rude and think they know every thing about fish. Not all fish need to be in neutral water. Here is a tip for every fish owner out there. Before you walk in to an aquarium store to buy fish. Make sure to do your research on the fish you want to buy and bring in a sample of the water from your fish tank. This will prevent any conflicts with the sales person.

My dog was so nervous and the groomer was so kind and patient with my dog. She took her time and was able to trim and buff my dog’s nails perfectly! I really really appreciated how patient the groomer was with my dog. We will be back!

Fast check-in, cheerful groomers. I feel my puppy is safe with Teddy’s groomer Linda. She is so upbeat, gentle and sweet with Teddy.

Leo our groomer is great! She always listens to what we want and Max loves her. Marie, another groomer at the store greets and treats my dog like they are best friends!

I really enjoy taking my dog to get groomed here. Marie is the best groomer my pets have had! Always takes care of my pups and is super patient! 10/10!

The Petco in Germantown, The Cleaning, Fine it's fabulous, especially Leo who does my miniature poodle and a little particular and I don't like a really big salon word feels like it's a conveyor belt. It's very personal and smaller and Leo is very attentive.

This Is a fairly good pet store. The problem is, they DO NOT have appropriate space for Dog Training!! They're in the aisles at times totally in the way of Customers. And "Everytime" I go over to the Cat treat section, they have this barrier up completely IN THE WAY in Front of the Treats. You literally cannot get over there. Take a look at the picture. They have that tight little space trying to create a section for Dog Training. That's ridiculous Ya'll!

I recently moved to the area from several states away. My dog has anxiety and, although she is well trained, I always prioritize businesses that give dogs like her special care. No matter what groomer I talk to they are always friendly and very patient with my dog theough her services. They also give me feedback on how she was and any issues they saw, if i ask them. I love Petco Grooming

Awesome groomer at Petco. I am from out of town in Germantown for an extended time visiting family. I called Petco for grooming appointments for my two poodles. I got in the day I called because of cancellations. My groomer did a wonderful job!! I am very happy and pleased!! Even though Petco is much further away for me than Petsmart, I will bypass Petsmart and go to Petco. I deal with Petco in my hometown. Petsmart groomers are awful and rude!!! Not professional!! And the store manager fits right with them! I had a terrible experience there. Thank you, Petco. I will forever be a loyal customer!!!
