I would give a 0 or a negative number unfortunately they get away with one star. Beware of this company., they are only looking for the opportunity to make “easy” money. They mishandled my insurance information and today I got FIVE bills each 200 dollars which are due in 2 days FOR SERVICES PRESUMABLY PERFORMED MORE THAN A YEAR AGO. They took advantage of the COVID pandemic to sell a service which was performed poorly. Through the years we had to test for COVID with them the results were mixed up, we got results of tests even on day we did not test and also results from other clients. Full of false positives, poorly performed and inconsistent. DO NOT PROVIDE THEM ANY PERSONAL/INSURANCE INFORMATION, they are many other much better services

If you're headed to Hong Kong in the age of quarantine, this is where you want to go for your Covid PCR test. They know all of the requirements and are super-helpful. It was a huge contrast to one of the airport-based labs, which refused to provide the CLIA waiver/certification that Hong Kong requires in order to show that the lab is properly accredited. So in this little lab next to Montgomery College in Germantown, I got better service than clinics that claim to focus on travel needs. Oh, and the staff are really kind and efficient, too.

I would give 0 starts if I could. Our school brought them in for Covid testing and this company completely messed up getting results to people. Now to make it so much worse, they are continuing to bill my insurance over and over again fraudulently. My insurance mistakenly paid them twice but they have submitted at least 5 claims for more money.
