JRJ welcomes you in like family. We arrived, scarred from past tax experiences, to be greeted by friendly, knowledgeable people, like our preparer, Pam. She was quick, efficient, honest and charming. Quick wit, funny, but focused on the task at hand, she was done in a flash. She made some welcomed suggestions of how to fill out our W-4's, to give the IRS their pound of flesh, weekly, instead of at the end of the year. All of this and JRJ charged a very reasonable fee. We made an appointment for next year before we even left the office. Happy to come back.... Thank You! Charlie and Sue Weber

I love the friendly atmosphere at JRJ Income Tax Service. All the workers make you feel welcome and are ready to help you with any questions or concerns you have. I schedule my appoints with Brad and he is always great. I've also dropped by with a few questions prior to tax season when Brad wasn't available and the other ladies were very knowledgeable and just as efficient and quick to answer all my concerns.
