Not only will Bria go the extra mile to accommodate your schedule, she is friendly and professional. Therapists Cecelia, Erin, and Sarah are outstanding! Therapists listen to my concerns, developed a hands-on treatment plan for my injured back, and plan goals with expected outcome. My movements were observed to ensure I am doing the movements correctly and to reduce further pain.The Germantown facility is clean, large, and relaxing.

Great professional therapist and team!!!I have learned so much from my physical therapist. I’m so glad I was referred to NovaCare Germantown. I’m able to learn and continue long term care thanks to the quality guidance of my physical therapist. The front desk team is also professional and courteous!!!

Just an okay service. My therapist didn’t really care since she was leaving them anyway. The worst part is their billing department. They never collected the copy up front then they billed me with the total amount due so I paid it all. A month later they sent me another bill for $35 for the same service that included in the previous payment I made. I called their office and talked to Julia, she advised not to pay it since it has been paid already. Another month later I received the same bill I paid for form the collection without reaching out to me. Absolutely HORRIBLE way of handling the situation. Never go back again to any of their facilities and I will make all family members and friends aware of this as well.

Great facility. The receptionist and the tech are very nice and helpful. Cecilia is very knowledgeable and work on you the entire time of the appointment. Recommend the facility anytime.

Both therapists are very friendly and welcoming. They don't make your exercises feel like a chore and constantly keep checking upon you. Ease of scheduling and plenty of parking is a plus.

Amy has been amazing and is very thorough. I'm already seeing some differences that have helped for the better. She listens, gives very good advice, and shows me how to do the exercises so I do them correctly. Very happy with her. Would highly recommend.

Ceci is an amazing PT. She listens to my concerns and makes sure that my sessions are beneficial to my recovery. I actually enjoy being put through my paces.I leave knowing that progress is happening everyday and that Ceci is a high part of that progress.

My experience at NovaCare Rehabilitation has been excellent. The place is easily accessible, well organized and equipped, and immaculate. My therapist has been a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, attentive and caring, devoting the time and attention needed and making the sessions pleasant and productive. Overall, my experience has been excellent and I highly recommend this facility.
