I ordered a Weber grill. When it was delivered it was an inch short of fitting t.brought my deck doors. The two delivery people were great. They decided to disassemble the grill, piece by piece until it would fit through the door, and then reassembled it. They were cordial throughout even though this took much more time than they had expected. I highly recommend N&S Rentals.

Service 2/5 the boy/young man is very good people with him there is no problem. But yesterday I called to make a reservation for a rollerball and they didn't place the order. And they gave me a rollerball that they had in the workshop. The roller had not been serviced and they charged me as if the roller was new and they even charged me for the chains.

I needed to drain a HUGE California King-Size waterbed. I went to N and S Rentals in Germantown to rent a pump. Jose showed me what they had and nothing was right. He was very nice as I said thank you and went to my car. While sitting there trying to figure out plan B, Jose rushed over and said that he might have what I needed after all YES! He made sure I knew what to do and how to do it. Perfect! But not only that, it was only $10 a day! I rented for 2 days, finished in less than 4 hours!! Brought it right back; not only got refunded for the unused extra day but got a discount for returning it in less than 4 hours. All 4 members of the staff were very nice, super helpful and VERY courteous!! I AM DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN! Thank you, so much Jose and N and S Rentals!!!

Third visit/transaction at this location. Two out of the three have been very good experiences and this last visit warrants an updated five star review! Greg was a huge help with my purchase of a 28 inch Stihl gas chainsaw. I was absolutely confident that I made the right purchase and walked out of there with a full understanding of how to maintain and operate this awesome piece of equipment. Highly recommend. You have a good team John.

I've rented a large chipper and stump grinder in the past with no issues, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I was disappointed with my latest experience renting a 22" Ryan Aerator. The Honda engine on the machine was blowing blue smoke and would stall if it was not pushed hard to keep it going forward. I gave up on my rear yard half-way through because it was getting unbearable to push the machine while inhaling the blue smoke coming from the engine.
After talking with the staff, they acknowledged the machine was not working properly and made it right. Problems with equipment can happen, especially when the issue only occurs under load. I appreciate the business doing right by their customers.

Went to get our propane tanks filled. The website says $16.98, the sign outside the building says $17.99, the gentleman who filled the tanks said $9 but we were charged 20.75. When we pointed that out we were told "sorry. The signs are outdated." It's literally right outside their door and they could bring them in at anytime. It came across as untrustworthy. If you are in a pinch then go ahead and use their service but the fact that I couldn't trust them on the price had me wondering if they had even filled them fully or if this was a cash grab. I would go somewhere who is transparent about their pricing.

N&S is the best rental store you can go to all the staff is amazing. One person who really stands out the most in my opinion is Carlos very helpful if there’s something that they can’t help you with gives you the best recommendations on where to find what to use and who to contact. He looks after what you need or what you want like it’s for his personal use i’m happy to say that N&S has the best crew out of all the rental companies out there respectful and helpful employees I recommend them if you’re looking for the best service.

There always a delay in the propane tank I just to leave them outside the fence because you can't go inside but when ever I go I have to wait 20 minutes and not just that the guy that I refilled the propane is always pissed the owners should get people that really wanna work and be nice he's always angry and pissed I will describe it he always has a black hat and he has the weight supporters he is the smallest one and always is pissed not just that because I talk to him back he didn't put the tanks on the fence because I talk back to him the owners should consider fired him otherwise I will not recommend this place at all they should have a friendly and nice work place but I see that is just pissed people in there and if the owners see this comment I hope you realize that your employees affect our day off
