This is the first time I write a review in my whole life, however, my experience with this company makes me very disappointed about this company service. I sent to my country a 15lb box with clothes and nobody there warned me about the restrictions the country had. Now I am losing everything I sent and now they only try to explain me the the restrictions which they should have done that before I sent the box.

The number listed is for another 3rd rate business that is a reseller for t mobile.Their driver picked up our packages and wrote the incorrect value on customs forms. This caused an additional surcharge at the port.A lady representing the business called us to ask us to cover the additional costs associated with their error.
