This is the first time I write a review in my whole life, however, my experience with this company makes me very disappointed about this company service. I sent to my country a 15lb box with clothes and nobody there warned me about the restrictions the country had. Now I am losing everything I sent and now they only try to explain me the the restrictions which they should have done that before I sent the box.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They told me they were coming at noon to leave a box I needed to send to another country. Time passed and they did not even answer my messages asking them if they were going to be here. After 4 hours of a long wait I called them and the lady that picked up the phone said "oh this is the first time this happens to us let me know another day we can come again?" Really? NO thank you, I should have read the review another customer posted here to see that this is how they work! TERRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY!
