Worst bank I have ever been to. The manager is quite literally, NEVER present. I even asked an employee and she said she never sees him either. What is the manager even doing if he never shows up to the branch? I've been dealing with a fake fraud issue for over a month and it's still not resolved.
I have proven repeatedly that there is no fraud and I am the one committing actions to my account. Yet they refuse to unlock my account. What the hell is the point of fraud protection if you're only blocking me from my account?? Do NOT ever bring any business here. Stay away

Friendly staff, excellent customer service. I always feel so welcomed and enjoy visiting this branch. The manager is very understanding and handles situations the best of his abilities, despite of the demanding customers.

The tellers were very rude. Didn’t greet or care about the people waiting. There was no sign that states wait to open an account so besides waiting in the line for a long time, once I finally got to the counter (only two people working and taking their time) told me to sit down and wait very rudely. Walter Paz was very pleasant and helped my daughter open up her first bank account but the other ladies could use a class in customer service.

Don't leave customers waiting in the lobby, without atleast acknowledging them, and letting them know you see them. You just let a $35,000 loan walk out your door.

Thanks to m&t bank I lost a day of pay and work. Went to try and use my card for a sample thing like gas. After my card was declined several times. I called m&t bank when I found out my card was canceled. And no one at M&t let me know. I also been having issues with m&t with other issues so please watch your account

In this bank I had the worst ever experience to count less than 3k they make me stand for two hours this is reticules I will not recommend to no one go to this bank, they wore like bunch upset waiting for a service too.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced ! Aster is an unpleasant and rude person. I wish I got her last name but I doubt there’s multiple. Honestly this location deserves 0 stars. I made a complaint with corporate and I will be following up to insure some type or change

I had one of the worst experiences every dealing with the teller Mina Shah ! She was rude and didn’t display the proper customer services. I would never open an account at this location.

You can blame their recruiter Angela for there awful customer service. Because I was interviewed for the universal banker position and I know I did a great interview and would make their customer service great, but Angela was so jealous of me she turn me down.

I complained to the Oriental manager on duty 2/16/21 at the Milestone Shopping Center Branch in Germantown, Maryland ; as it was obvious that the branch was short staffed. One teller was providing services : to inside customers, (2) drive thru teller lines and responding to customer service requests. It should be noted from the audio that the Customer Service representative on duty was participating in a virtual company in-service; as she signaled for me to join the teller line. The manger was in his office with a customer who completed his business within a few minutes. After that the manager remained in his office. He did not attempt to assist the teller; although he had to be aware that customers would join the teller line inside the bank and would later leave because the wait was too long. I could also see that cars in the drive thru teller lines would also leave because the wait was too long; although the teller was doing her best to accommodate the customers. I approached the manager and informed him that the Branch needs to hire more employees. His excuse was that an employee was on vacation. As a good manager he should have assisted the teller instead of returning to his office. It appears that customer service is not important to this management personnel. He needs to be re-trained as he is lacking in Customer Service skills. Beverly
