“PETER is the only one who knows and has proper knowledge of the meats. He goes out of his way to make sure the service is an A+. He even tells you what meats to choose for your recipe. He once cooked the meat for me to try on the grill. A+++ When PETER isn't there, don't even think about trying to get American style meats. He is the reason me and a lot of the newer generation and young adults go to this place.”

“We were eating nearby and saw this place and decided to go in and check it out. We saw the Afghan naan looked good and it was only a couple dollars. I don't have much information about the rest of the store but this might be the best bread we have had regardless of price.Now we make sure to stop by whenever we are nearby. The bread with potato filling is also very good, not sure what it is called. The employees we have encountered there are all very friendly and helpful.”

Always a treat because of their amazing selection of high quality meats and customer service. Huge kudos to the Chop Shop Butchery staff for running this awesome small business (and also for being great people - they found my wallet after I dropped it and let me retrieve it even when they had closed and were hard at work prepping for the next day). Every Friday they get fresh Goat and get other meats much fresher than I've seen at other places. What a gem!”
