I used to love the pizza here but it’s become the most low quality and grotesque pizza as of late. Today was the last $ I will spend with this business. Started great but has going down hill. Pizza is extremely thick and stiff cheese and barely any sauce. 1/10 and money wasted this evening

Constantly forgets ketchup, ranch, etc. Unapologetic and acts like it’s the customers problem. Refund for the ranch dressing but now eating a dry sub and plan French fries.

Just got a pizza from Manginos on Uber Eats and gotta say, it's not as good as it used to be. The size's shrunk a bit and it was way greasier than before. Kinda disappointed this time

So I actually grab lunch here sometimes, the food here is great and getting a Combo with the Gaither's Burger or Chicken Cheesesteak just is a great choice. Their fries are sometimes some of the best (the fish in the fish sandwich is a bit small) and my only gripe is time of preparation, I can handle the 10-20 minute wait, but for some situations and people that may be too long.If you can handle a wait time longer than McDonalds then you'll be more than satisfied with their offerings (the papusas are also nice).Vegetarian options: Well they offer salads with optional non vegetarian seasoning ?, Im personally not vegetarian but i would say this isnt the best option if your looking for Veg food!

This was my go to for ordering until today. I ordered a pizza & salad through Door Dash bc I'm not feeling well and didn't want to leave the house. Door Dash has is an option that says that if your ordered cannot be accommodated that I would be contacted. 10 to 15 min later I got a message from DD stating my order was canceled by the restaurant w/out even a call to me to let me know why. When I called the young lady said that it was canceled b/c they no longer carried that exact salad. And when I said why didn't you call me and let me know instead so I could order a different salad instead of just canceling and she said bc it was easier to cancel and it was busy in the store and I can just make another order through door dash. That is extremely unprofessional! This has happened to me another time but someone was nice enough to call me to adjust my order and not cancel it so I couldn't understand why they would just cancel my order with no contact to me. So when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor, which to me was very surprising bc a supervisor should not conduct business that way. I explained to her that Door Dash would not give me back my money right away and her only solution was to deal with them about it and there was nothing she could do. Why would I leave work to go over there for a mistake they made?? When I asked for her supervisor's name she gave it to me, but when I asked for her name she hung up on me. I called back again and got it her name. Her name is "Mary". Only positive I can say is that she didn't have a nasty attitude and offered a discount if I came in, but that was only b/c I asked about a discount. Other than that she was not helpful and def not acting as a supervisor should with a customer. I am very turned off and will not be ordering from here again!

These people are THE BEST! Incredible pizza! They know us by voice when we call. Not sure if that is good or bad. LOL!

I really feel this needs to be addressed.She said 5 minutes, and the time it took was 13. Few minutes here and there is one thing, but more than double.They were not even busy, The store was empty the whole time i waitedI noticed the same on my last few visits, the timing is almost 3x increases.If it takes 20 min just say it, don’t tell me 5 minutes and make me wait 20.

I ordered hot wings and wings were not hot in spice. I had to add Hot sauce. This may not be a big deal to some of you, but when I order what I want, I want what I ordered and I got plain wings.. and if I am paying over $40, I deserve to get what I paid for. But I work in customer service, especially food and hospitality so I’m going to tell you that whatever review you said means nothing to me and Gino’s. Quality so inconsistent. Be careful!!!

I had pupusas, carne asada lunch, & plantains w/ crema and they were great! The employees are very friendly and explain the menu well. They also didn’t mind me doing my work on my laptop while I eat. I also got a limited time only coupon for next time use.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for infants.Parking: It’s in a very busy shopping center & people tend to park in the fire lane so space close to the businesses are very tight and limited.Wheelchair accessibility: Walkways are very wide.Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options and maybe more (I’m not a vegetarian so I wasn’t looking for it. I just saw the vegetarian sign).

Ordered online, and asked for ranch and blue chees even paid extra, they sent two honey mustards (I can not eat theses). Chicken tenders were very dry especially with no sauce.

Eaten here before but cant seem to order on the phone anymore unless the order is over 35 dollars. I told the restaurant i wasn't done ordering but was told to order online then they hung up.
