This staff is beyond description not only for clinical skill but for empathy, kindness and total devotion to Bernie, for sure, and I am sure for all their clients. Dr. Lavora will be sorely missed but Dr. Walston is already demonstrating not only skill but the tenderness that a great pediatrician provides to children.. His staff of techs are highly responsive and very capable of handling not only routine care but also emergency needs. Their receptionist is very efficient and great at getting messages and responses back and forth between client and tech and doc. For fear of leaving one of these folks out unintentionally, I have left out names but I am sure you can get them by calling. It is so comforting to know that they all care very much about Bernie and they trust and respect the care and love that we have for Bernie. If you want a great and comforting Clinic for your pet, Little Seneca is top of the list. Dee Jolles.

The staff and vets are very friendly and personable. They spend quality time with you and do not make you feel rushed. I have 2 dogs and they always give me appointments for both at the same time. They spend time on each individually and are very knowledgeable about each. I’m sure they check their past records but I expect them to and are prepared for each individual needs. Great place !

Worst experience I have ever had at a vet. Doctor took hold of my puppy and he started screaming in pain. I asked why he was crying and he said he didn’t like the way he was being held. He said he was trying to bite him. That was a lie. Vet tech looked mortified but said nothing..I grabbed my dog and left and and immediately filed a complaint. I never heard back. Doctor is crazy and should not be practicing!

I was very pleased with how fast I was able to get Boomer in for a sick appointment. Little Seneca Animal Hospital has been caring for Boomer, my dog, for 13 years. The staff has always been very warm and compassionate. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. Thank you Dr. LeVora and staff

After spending lots of money over many years we were not informed that they may be closing without notice. If not for luck in scheduling an appointment we would not have been told. I paid $280 for a wellness plan monthly and literally tens of thousands of dollars cor 4 different dogs over the years. Apart from recomendations over the years. They lost my trust and my business. Some nice people work there but the owners or management could have done better.

This is not a review on quality, just to let others know that we researched this Vet from a referral and tried to schedule a new patient appointment. Sharon called and let us know they are not taking any new patients now and doesn't know when this will change. Just a heads up to others who are researching a new vet - you might try elsewhere for the time being!

We have been taking our pets to Little Seneca Animal Hospital for over 30 years. I have never had a bad experience, only good ones. Even on those heartbreaking days when we have had to say goodbye to our pet, the team had so much compassion, not rushing us. I feel everyone at Little Seneca is part of our family. Everyone is so friendly and loving to our animals and every staff member I have the pleasure of speaking with has pets of their own and can relate to how much we love and want the best for our furry family members. We love you Little Seneca Animal Hospital!!

I never leave reviews but this place deserves it. All the staff are extremely nice and attentive. The doctors explain everything to you and will give all their attention to your dog. They always answer your calls and get you in promptly, they've even fit us in, in an emergency. I'm such a frequent flier with my dogs conditions that they know us and treat us like family when I walk in. I wish I could give 10000 stars.

Unfortunately, I have to move my two dogs from this vet after coming to them for years. They told me they are no longer open on Saturdays (which worked best for my schedule due to working on the weekdays) even though it says on google they are open on Saturdays and their schedule on their site. It’s disappointing that they were not able to accommodate to get both of my dogs vaccines and now they won’t issue a refund after I told them I am not able to come on the week days. The doctor is great and his assistant (I forgot her name), she was always gentle with my dogs.
Update: Lynn went above and beyond for me today by driving to my job to drop all the medication needed for my two dogs. She called me and explained to me why their hours are no longer open on Saturdays. She also heard what I had to say and took my feedback into consideration regarding customer service and the inconvenient of having to switch my dogs to a new vet. She was completely understanding of this decision of the new vet since she knows my two dogs personally.

We are new to the area and I was nervous about finding a new vet for my fur babies but the staff at Little Seneca Animal Hospital was amazing and Dr Olcott was awesome. Everyone there was friendly and I couldn’t be happier. I made the right decision :)

The staff is very patient with one of my cats who tends to act out aggressively, even when medicated. They have never turned him away from care. That helps me as a pey owner know my cat is not a "bad cat", and we work together to get him through his appointments.

Very empathetic, competent and informative treatment. Delivered diagnostic information with a very positive and encouraging manner. Am relieved to find a new vet practice to be trusted and Dr. Alcott in particular. Great experience and highly recommend this group.
