I wish there was a negative option to choose to give a poor rating because I would if I could. The owner will not play a single number if you ask him and he is prejudice towards his customers. I am a customer of color and I have literally seen it for my own eyes where he refuses to play 1 number for me (in this is in the case I have loose change because otherwise I use the self service machine) and he refuses. I have seen Caucasian customers come in asking to play the lottery and I have never seen him refuse to play. Today, all I needed to do was cash in a winning scratch off and he flipped a sign over the lottery machine saying "temporarily closed."Additionally, he never greets me when I come in the store and will deliberately ignore me when I try to pay for gas or stand at the counter to pay for something but he does for other customers. I understand racism is a serious accusation but his actions speak louder!!!

Put pump out of service and had product not a pleasant experience very rude waited until I was ready to pump shouldn't post a price on street if that's the problem

The posted time of close it says 11:00 pm. We arrive at 10:46 and they said they were closed. Lights were on by the street, the lights above the pumps were on, the light inside the store was off but she was walking around and waiting to 11:00 to leave. When K asked her what time they closed she paused and didn’t reply until asked again and said 10:45 pm. Now that is a very strange closing time.It is not the first time that we were denied service coming after 10:30 pm. If the manager/owner allows them to close at 10:30 pm then they should change the hours on their website and not make people come to waste time and Gas.Thanks for nothing. Thanks for your unprofessionalism. Definitely don’t recommend to come waste your time here. Go to the gas station across the street. They are open 24h. Very polite employees. #7/11. #libertymarketsucks.#timewasted (Germantown location anyways) in case they have other locations maybe they do honor the website information.

The staff here are mature and very kind. I have come to this gas station since 2002. They have a routine cleaning schedule three times daily for restrooms and they have more security cameras on live streams than you may think. Their prices on drinks and gas are competitive and there is also a Subway inside! I highly recommend paying a visit. They may have staff on their team from time to time that are learning English, so please be patient and don’t get frustrated or misjudge them! 100%

The gas price are same as other gas stations in this part of Germantown. The Subway sandwich place at this location had closed early on two days I went. The manager was rude when I asked why they close and at what time they close.During the gas shortage 3 weeks ago this station was a mess with lot of cars in different queues. Could have improved this.

Went in an had a 5 dollar winning scratch off and claimed I didn't. I just took my tickets and went across the street to the local beer store and retrieved my five dollars. Didn't want to make a scene or get authority involved but they did try to scam me out of five bucks. Do not go here for lottery needs.

This is just a typical small gas station. It's fine if you are just stopping to grab some gas and go on your way. The staff is fine, not warm and inviting but they do their job. There is a subway inside this location that usually decides to close when they aren't busy. The food has always seemed fresh. The gas station also has a tire air pump available, it functions properly and there usually isn't a wait to use it. The gas prices seem comparable to other stations in the area so if I'm closest to this one I usually just stop in quick.The plaza also includes a dentist and nail salon.

I understand the stressful times we are in but it is no excuse for being rude and disrespectful. An older “gentleman” with glass was so cold towards me that I will never come here again. All I did was ask do you accept Apple Pay and he gave me an attitude as if I did something to him. I was still respectful to him but I made up my mind at that moment. The lady was nice but still - her co-worker made the experience so awful.

Hopefully the owner somehow sees this message. I'd like to give you a little tip on doing business. I live right up the street but you have not been my regular gas station or convenience store. I stopped in before to go to Subway. I think we can all agree that the subway is substandard and is not an actual subway restaurant. Needless to say I never came back for subway. Today I was going to the Giant that's in the same shopping center and I pulled in to get gas. That part was fine your prices are good for gas. I went in the store thinking I could save myself a quick trip to giant because I just wanted to get a snack you know some fruit maybe a protein bar. I was surprised given the size of your store the very very limited selection of items you actually had! In fact most of the space in your store is just open. That's OK your choice. Unlike your competitors you don't have containers of fruit or string cheese or any of those halfway healthy options you can get quickly on the go. You did have Quest protein bars so I picked up to. At Giant they run between $.99 to $1.99. But when I checked out I was shocked to pay $7.50! I paid with a debit card and I didn't realize the price until I got my receipt. I am mediately told the kid working the cash register that I wanted to return them I'm just going to go to giant. He said he couldn't return my money because I paid with debit card. I don't know if it's your policy or if the kid simply didn't know how to do a return. Lesson learned! Just take the extra two minutes and go in giant and save yourself some money. I hope you learn a lesson as well. Your competition is literally 100 feet away. It would be interesting to know how many repeat customers you actually have for that market. My guess would be most people who come in and never return. But because of the rudeness of the cashier I will not even buy gas there again. Your business is just not competitive there's too many awesome great places to go in the area and he even 711 has a better selection.

I often use this gas station without issue but went in to get my daughter a sub at subway today. The sub was fine but when I asked for a cup for water they said they do not provide fountain water. I don't think I have ever been to an establishment in America (overseas sometimes it is unsafe to drink the tap water so I have encountered this because everyone HAS to buy water) that serves food but doesn't offer tap water with the food. I spoke to the assistant manager who said I could use ice and the hot water but would be charged 25 cents for the cup. I was not interested in paying even 25 cents for hot(?!) water. I'll be rerouting to get gas somewhere else. Customer service can go a long way to keeping customers.
