Douet was fantastic. I have small veins and typically have trouble with draws but she got it the first time and without difficulty. Douet was kind and had a great sense of humor. I’ll be back whenever I need blood work!

The team at this location did an amazing job. I have a 6 year old daughter who has down syndrome. The team worked together and my daughter had her blood drawn with no issues. I definitely recommend for children. My daughter has had multiple surgeries and has had her blood drawn numerous times. This was, by far, her best experience.

Tiffany was not helpful in anyway, she talked over the top of me and didn't take it seriously that I need someone to pick up a collection kit as I'm currently bed bound. The phlebotomy tecks are aways good here. But getting past the front desk is like talking to the X husband. Hardly worth it.

One of the best blood draw experiences I have ever had. Everything moved smoothly and efficiently. The gentlemen who drew my blood was also very fast. I will definitely come back for any future labs.

I came to this location because of the ratings, and boy were they worth exactly that! I brought my 1 year old for some blood work, and the nurses did a wonderful job. The initial nurse didn't seem comfortable doing a blood extraction from a small kid so she got help from someone who did before moving forward. OMG I really appreciated them taking care of my baby like that, I felt like my baby was in great hands. They gave her some stickers and and helped me get her to calm down with some cute comments. Thank you!

This is one of the better experiences I've had with Labcorp. Small office, but nice staff, and prompt appointment. Easy kiosk check in, and good phlebotomist that drew my blood. A stark contrast from the one in silver spring I've been to.

This place was absolutely amazing. I arrived 10 minutes later than my scheduled appointment and they still had me in within literally 5 minutes. I passed out on the first attempt and the woman drawing my blood was so kind she offered me her own water! The second attempt was amazing as they had me lie on the bed and it was done in less than 10 seconds

Very professional doctors they were able to get the blood of my 7 years old who scare needle without any difficulties. One doctor was distracting her by asking her questions while the other doctor was getting her blood. I'am more than happy with them and will recommend them to everyone.

I had appt. for 6-7 am; fri., Your rep Maria knocked on door and I was right near the door; and I said to respond to her, "LabCorp"; She left and told LabCorps I said I was going to LabCorp; she told a Big Lie; I said No such thing; I was very disappointed and angry about this; cause I was ready and waiting to get this done. Why did she lie like that; that's terrible, that you have someone working for you that's outright lying on your customer and now I have to re-schedule. This is not fair and a burden and disappointment. I was up and ready; If I am able to give you her name, Maria, then you know I'm not lying and truthful cause I wouldn't know her name if I wasn't at the door to hear her. She should be ashamed of herself, going back to her company and telling that lie on a customer. I am very upset that she, Maria, would report that lie to her job on a customer. I would appreciate you sending another rep today and Do Not send that woman, Maria.A very upset customer

They put someone who was not skilled at drawing blood, as the person to do the blood draw on my THREE YEAR OLD. The needle was in his arm for MORE THAN TWENTY SECONDS, there were two people trying to do this and they were both digging and wiggling the needle in my toddler's arm, and they couldn't draw blood...so yeah of course he is gonna cry. This from the kiddo that was fine with COVID shots just a week or two before. I personally have had more than twenty blood draws in the last six months for my own health reasons, but rather than pulling the needle out, and trying to actually FIND the vein BEFORE sticking the needle in on the other arm, they were trying to tell me that because they had done this to other kids, it's totally normal, and kept wiggling the needle around in his and justifying their inability to get the thing to work rather than taking actions that would fix the situation. If wiggling the needle around didn't fix it the first twenty seconds why would the same action fix anything a few seconds later? Also, as far as other kids go, that was no reassuring at all...all it means is that other kids had similar poor service and awful experiences here. I feel really bad for the other kids in addition to cringing for my own kid. Having been on the receiving end of blood draws, I know you're supposed to get the patient to squeeze their hand while there's a rubber band on to get it to puff up a little more, and feel for a vein before actually stabbing a needle in. It was so cringey. They patted around and just stabbed in, and clearly missed, then wiggled and jiggled the needle around a lot. Soooooo cringey. It's probably going to leave a bruise. If it were an adult in that situation, it would've still sucked lots. But to do that to a three year old, that's rough. If it's a kid, especially a young kid, get someone who is highly skilled at doing that for that particular patient. Also, don't jab till you are sure. If you can't find the right spot, don't jab. People do not mind if you take two more minutes more to FIND the vein...people WOULD mind if you were to leave that needle in there for two minutes and wiggle it around like mad. If you fail, just acknowledge that, take the needle back out, and actually take enough time to locate the vein before jabbing a second time.
