I got there before they opened on Saturday, and STILL had to wait over 2 hours to get a simple blood draw! On top of only having one functioning check-in kiosk, 2 broken water fountains, & only 2 phlebotomists, they lost my paperwork & forgot I was there! After the 3rd time reminding them that I was still waiting, they were apologetic, but then told me I should have told them that I should be next. Isn't that they're job??? I don't know what it's like during the week, but DON'T GO on a Saturday!!!

Best lab reception I have seen. I visited two days in a row, and both receptionists were cordial and helpful and patient, very rare characteristics in medical facilities!

I was at this Labcorp location today. I usually go to another location but my physician sent me there so I had to. Everyone was nice, polite and professional. Most techs cannot find my veins so they end up poking me a few times which causes discomfort but she did it right at first try.
Ps. The only ethical issue I was concerned with was the fact that the technician did not open the butterfly needle in front of me prior to using it on me. She realized she was out of it inside the room and went out to get it, when she returned it was already out of the packaging which made me very uneasy. I felt unsafe. I had never had a phlebotomist not open new needle in front of me ever , this is the first and it’s bizarre.
I won’t be going back to this location for that reason.

The ladies at the front desk today 3/07 were very nice and helpful with my appt. I would be sure to back tho this location for any future lab work.

Labcorp - Absolutely Horrible Experience!
If I could give Labcorp zero stars, I would. This place is a complete disaster. I called a day before my visit to ask if I needed an appointment, and they assured me that I didn’t. But when I arrived, the front desk lady rudely told me that I did need one. When I explained what I was told over the phone, she gave me an attitude instead of helping.
To make things worse, she directed me to sign in using their so-called “EXPRESS MACHINE,” which never worked for me no matter how many times I tried. Meanwhile, she was busy signing in other customers who came after me, but for some reason, she refused to assist me in signing in. I wasted 30 minutes because of their incompetence and terrible system.
The lack of professionalism, rude behavior, and complete disregard for my time made me late for work. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this place at all costs.

I would not typically write a 5 star review for blood draw at a lab. My veins are small and difficult for many. Robin at Labcorp was an exception. She was efficient and I barely felt the needle. Thanks!

Terrible services today at Germantown. They pretended to keep all that people in a little room just because they don't want to move or send a text to call people. The freaking door is not that far from the front desk. I even told them I had to wait outside because I was getting headache and I couldn't even breath in that little room full of people. The woman supposed to draw my blood couldn't care less.

Douet was fantastic. I have small veins and typically have trouble with draws but she got it the first time and without difficulty. Douet was kind and had a great sense of humor. I’ll be back whenever I need blood work!

The team at this location did an amazing job. I have a 6 year old daughter who has down syndrome. The team worked together and my daughter had her blood drawn with no issues. I definitely recommend for children. My daughter has had multiple surgeries and has had her blood drawn numerous times. This was, by far, her best experience.

When you google the address and the schedule it says open.The lab is closed on Holidays!!
