Would give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time -- save yourself the headache and seek another agent. Its impossible to reach anyone from this office. They don't answer the phone, return calls or respond to emails.

Do not go here ! Terrible experience and service from Ruth . I tried to cancel my policy and they gave me that rest time … I have never had such a hard time canceling a policy. Not that only that but she was rude about it .. would never ever use this agency again !

Number 1, Kwame seems to have a problem making himself available to his customers, this is my 6th attempt in 2 days to reach him/you. I've been with Allstate for 30 years and you are the worse agent Ive ever had in terms of customer availability. We had this same problem months ago and I thought it was resolved but I see that it wasn't. BTW your mailbox is full and scheduling an appointment electronically doesn't seem to be working either.

I got my insurance over the phone. The associate was helpful explaining each aspect of the policy as well as recommending values based on the age of my vehicle. I had a positive experience.I was also informed about Drivewise. Drivewise gives me access to safe driver discount. I set it up once in the app and each time I drive it starts up. It lets me know if I was speeding (going above 80, and when I hit my breaks too hard)I'm still on my first term with Allstate, so I don't know what kind of discount I'll have when I renew my policy later.At that time I'll see if it's worth the 5th star.
