Kolak lied, cheated, and stole from me. He deliberately held information from me over the course of doing my taxes for 4 years which ended with my business being forfeited, and my family being torn apart. Trust him to protect him self, and not your best interest, even though it is his fiduciary duty once you pay him. You will have no rights including accounting client privileges. If you hired him double check the work he did for you.
