For 1000 AM appointment I arrived 20 minutes earlier however, I waited for 45 minutes and my Dr. didn’t see me. Very very disappointed. I left without seeing my Dr. It was scheduled for a simple yearly checkup. My Dr. apologized so I give it a 2.

Dr. Ursula Heberlein Is absolutely the best family doctor I have ever had! She is intelligent, considerate, cares to learn new things and carefully follows the rules and procedures of JHU! Not bad. At least better than some of the other locations. Most have too many patients so I think they are good relatively.
