“Why not 5stars? There is a location near Hanover MD. My last experience- horrid! Simply never go there if time means something.Most recent was like 10stars. An example of banking under promising/overdelivering.Had two pending transactions in my checking- needed them to drop before posting. A lot to ask- but they were able to do it. Typically those need to post then you go through a chargeback situation.Anyway- 4stars and thank you.”

“Update 10.10.2020 - Spoke to Sam on the phone to ask for guidance on how to deposit money into my IRA account because my account doesn't allow Mobil deposit. I already knew that they are different td bank vs ameritrade. She replied "Its our sister company but we have nothing do with those accounts". Again, I stated that I know its not the same but could at least guide me to the right direction. She replied " call them". I asked would you by any chance know their main line since the office is closed and She replied "ugh I can Google it". She was just short, snarky, and probably not the best person to be answering phones. 1 star reduction for attitude.
1st time I came was on a Saturday and nobody greeted or spoke with us for about 32 min. Then we left BUT this time Matt, the store manager, greeted me as soon as I walked in and sent my information to the Frederick location for my specific account. He helped me with my questions and was very nice!! Great save for the team Matt!!”

“Wells Fargo is by far the most amazing bank I have banked with . They have really great customer service, this location in specific has a lot of Spanish speaker so that's always a plus for my mom , but overall in mostly all the locations they have someone to help her out and myself . The parking in this location is tight though , it can be hard to find parking if your in a rush . I like how they have two ATM drive thur. It's very convenient when you are in a rush and there's no parking . Overall they are a pretty good bank”
