Hymad & Zay are the best. They were right on time and delivered with exceptional time. They put the furniture right where I told them and changed when my lady decided she wanted it moved a different place without complain. These 2are fantastic.

I used Gorilla Haulers for my move a few weeks ago and was very satisfied with my service. The two movers, Hamza and Troy, arrived early and were very kind, careful, and efficient throughout the move. They happily dissembled some furniture for me (bed frames, entertainment stand, and two tables) and reassembled them perfectly. Everything was transported in perfect condition with no broken items or damages. I would definitely recommend Gorilla Haulers, especially Hamza and Troy!

Not a good company, employees were sleeping in the truck, working very slow and speaking by phone while moving my stuff ( and me paying for it!) I called their boss and his excuses: "they were tired and it was hot outside". It wasn't hot outside and if they were tired they shouldn't be working because I was paying $148 an hour each! This resulted in charging me two more hours than expected! Don't make my mistake! Don't hire this company and NEVER pay by the hour, it's always a scam!

I had Gorilla Haulers help with a full house clean-out. It was a large house on three levels with 30 years of accumulated stuff. I rented my own 15 yard trash bin for the job, and Wilson and his team at GH provided the labor. After a few messages describing what I'd like done I accepted the quote and the team showed up as promised and on time. In a matter of a few hours the team worked quickly, effectively, and per my direction to fill up the bin. I underestimated how much stuff was in the house, and another bin was needed. I was able to easily schedule GH to come back in a couple days to complete the job. Wilson and his team were great to work with and provided good value. Pricing was straight-forward on a time and labor basis. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a clean-out or similar (moving) services.

Guy named Wilson with NY tel no sets up my move which raised my suspicion but I decided to give them a chance on Facebook then he made up a reason to immediately increased the price saying I was too meddling after I just asked about date change which immediately caused concern but I gave him another benefit of doubt. 3 urban movers showed on time but they moved slow, wasted time standing around, lifted small things to pretend work and milked move duration to increase charge I can tell immediately. I called Wilson to complain and he immediated became combative and accused me of having stolen property lol... what bizzare thing to say to paying customer. You can't make this up. Also lead mover made up excuses why they had to leave early and abandons job and leaves me hanging that took me some time to finish in heavy rain. These people are like dealing with ex cons or corrupt mechanics except they are dumber if thats possible. Your way better off going with guys around Home Depot BEWARE

Good experience, the moving crew were very thorough and made sure items were wrapped well and protected. I had a lot of furniture for a 1 bedroom apartment and it was taken care of quickly. The moving crew and manager are both friendly and handled the drop off at 2 different locations. I would recommend their services if you are looking for someone to help you move in the Baltimore area for a competitive price compared to some other local companies I also had quote and whom I have used in the past

Alex and Nate, moved us like young professionals. I attempted to help and they said "Sir let us handle this move". I was able to box up other items. I just met them today but I'm very proud of both young men.

Great experience with Gorilla Haulers for a short distance but heavy lifting move. They were responsive and efficient when trying to acquire a quote and schedule an appointment for service. The team arrived within the scheduled timeframe with a 10 min heads up call before arriving. My team of 2 was very pleasant, efficient and extremely helpful! They worked tirelessly moving all my items on a hot and low air quality day! Grateful for the moving services provided by Gorilla Haulers. Would definitely use them again!
