Went in to exchange a 5-gallon water jug for a new one. Old one was bought there and was Deer Park. The only ones they had available in the store tonight were Pure Life. I had to wait well over 10 minutes for someone to come answer the question for the poor cashier. There’s no reason this was a problem to begin with as the bottles are made by the same company. Seemed like a very common sense issue that the cashier was unprepared for. I don’t blame her one bit, this is on management.
Little things like that make the difference in customer service. Management needs to have people prepared.
Ended up being charged for the more expensive bottle exchange (which I was more than happy to do in the first place) especially as it was only $1 extra.
But for it to be a problem in the first place is ridiculous.

Giant food stores are generally good first stops to stock up. I'm dropping this one by a star because their parking lot needs to be replaced. There are lots of deep ruts in the parking spots.

I was at the Germantown Giant supermarket and stopped at the bakery to buy something, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. A young lady came over to me and asked if I needed help. My name is Vic, and I'm the bakery manager how can I assist you today? She was very accommodating and friendly and pointed me in the right direction.
I wish her all the best, and hopefully, you can share this review with her.

I was about to transfer my Rx to this store after the pharmacist got cocky with me n kept interrupting me I realized I can have my Rx transfer somewhere else n why would I wanna waist my time to contact the customer service number? That just says enough about the stores lazy manager who don't wanna resolve the problems.

Great store. Rather large produce and dairy section. Huge bakery and cooking area. Seems like they can handle most things. The seafood section is rather small and can be cleaner.

I am so sad with the experience I just had here. I had to wait 20-30 minutes to get my balloons inflated. There were so many workers walking around but no one could help. I asked a total of 3 times and finally after three failed attempts by the employee. I got the balloons filled but I am late to the party

The store itself is good but the pharmacy is a mess. Most of the staff is rude and they don't have prescriptions ready when they promise them. When I spoke to the pharmacy manager, the pharmacist, she had very little to say for themselves and no apology. Just told me that they are very busy this time of year.
