“Took my car in to get the brake pads replaced because my dealer suggested it during routine service. David was kind enough to tell me my brake pads will last another year easily. I could not be more appreciative of David and middlebrooke exxon for being honest and treating their customers right.”
“The staff here are mature and very kind. I have come to this gas station since 2002. They have a routine cleaning schedule three times daily for restrooms and they have more security cameras on live streams than you may think. Their prices on drinks and gas are competitive and there is also a Subway inside! I highly recommend paying a visit. They may have staff on their team from time to time that are learning English, so please be patient and don’t get frustrated or misjudge them! 100%”
“This used to be the Washingtonian one of the nicest service stations I've ever been to it was taken over by 7-Eleven quite a few years ago and although it's no longer as nice it is still very clean and well maintained.”

“Stopped by to fill up my car with gas. Have only used this station a few times but this gas station is full of amenities. Car wash, several food trucks, gas, and a convenience store are all available.
Overall it was clean, and easy to pump my gas. Happy to see that they had the credit card "tap" available at all pumps. Food trucks looked interesting so I will be back to try this out again.
Location is convenient. Near I-270 and easy to access the highway.”
“cheap gas but cash only so make sure u top off! watchout for anynody walkin near you. for foulplay always.if there on foot there a threat.if they look between 15& 25 might be out 2 steal ur car so heads up. be weary of anybody who walks up near u asking question aboid story tellers. they are cash scammers lookin to prey on your wallet is all.”
“If you need Flex Fuel, it's here! E-85 available. Not all the pumps have it, so you'll have to look for it. If you plan on pumping gas here, be prepared to set about 15 minutes of waiting time. The time it took from the fill the gas from no bars to full tank was about 15 minutes. 4/5 stars because pump takes longer than your normal gas station, but hey. Can't beat the cheaper gas price.”

“This 711 is in an amazing location. Its directly next to the MARC station and right on the main road. The customer service here is great at the front desk and the food is always replaced when they expire unlike other stores. There are plenty gas pumps and enough parking outside of the store. This is by far one of my favorite 711s.”

“I was stuck waiting for AAA for 2 hours--locked my keys in car while pumping gas. Cashier (Mohammed?) allowed me to use his cell phone and even offered to let me drive his car to get my spare keys. THANK YOU Grossed out at all the junky food people buy btw!”

“There is a free food event going on here until 2pm today March 11. The event organizers were very sweet and generous to me! It really made my day thank you guys so much! Would love to do this again. Indian cashier guy was confusing and big gulp machine dispensed water? but I eventually got everything and it was all delicious!”
“My car's front suspension was making a noise when I turned right or left, so I tried taking it to this nearby shop, which is called All Star Auto Service. Note that it is not affiliated in any way with the convenience store or gas station. The mechanic test drove my car and called me promptly to inform me that the axle bearings were worn and needed replacement. As they got into removing the axles, he called me back to tell me the ball joints were bad as well. He as kind enough to send me pictures of the worn joints and said the car wasn't that safe to drive any long distance, so I asked him to get a quote on that as well. He shoped around to get the best price on parts and was able to get the axles and ball joints replaced in the same day. The car is now quiet and sounding so much better. I was impressed with the attentive service here and would recommend this shop. I will certainly go back for future car repair needs.”
“Gas prices are good and staff are friendly. The problem? It's common to have 1-3 guys standing outside the entrance asking for money. They've called the police on them before to move them but they just come right back.”

“I have been a customer since 2013. The Exxon Service Center in Germantown has excellent customer service! I would truly recommend them to anyone!!! They are all kind and honest! Honesty is what keeps me coming back! They have downright declined services on my car before because they felt bad! They suggested I buy another vehicle and I truly appreciated that. Any other mechanic could have just given me a quote and taken my money. GREAT SERVICE, MUCH APPRECIATED!”
