I called to see if I could get the one nose pad on my glasses fixed. Javid was very nice and said they could fix it no problem and free of charge. He ended up giving me two new nose pads and aligned them perfectly to fit my face!

What an absolutely excellent experience. Javid was a consumate professional with a kind heart. We had an extremely tight turnaround and he was able to provide a solution for (completely) totaled glasses in ~15 minutes. It was better than the best scenario I was hoping for.
If you're considering going somewhere else for glasses repair... don't!

They saved my day! I'm in from out of state for a wedding and broke my glasses 2 hours before the wedding. Javid repaired them, gave me a pair of contacts to use for the reception, and gave me a case to protect my glasses in the future. Above and beyond and a lifesaver!

I just got home from the Germantown store and want to say that Javid the store manager was the most helpful, friendly, professional person I have ever dealt with. He deserves a raise or a promotion or both…thanks for helping a senior citizen who needed some assistance.

It all started after getting the eye exam and being attended by a technician mostly interested in comparing job curriculum and experience.
When I went in a different day to order the glasses, the technician entered the wrong measurement for my progressive lens and upon receiving glasses it had to go back and be redone.
Second time still prescription was off, blurry vision and things seemed tilted the side. Techs are trained to make you waste your time with frame adjustments, and eventually you're past 30 days return period.
I had another exam, prescription was changed but still can't use the glasses. Was told that I probably have high sugar and to go to doctor. All my tests are normal even dilated eye exam.
They refused to book recheck exam and redo glasses saying it's past 30 day return policy and basically it's my fault. Doctor gets prescription from how I respond during exam, but I didn't ask to have lens improperly made.
After 16 years of using Four Eyes, including working for them before, I am never going back to the store located in Germantown Maryland.
