Overall had to spend $15 to print one sheet of paper that wasn't the size I needed. I originally went to the self print section to use their computer and print an 11x17 sheet. For some reason their computer doesn't offer that size even though it's one of the more common sizes. Asked for help from one of the workers and their computer couldn't open my file. Then I went back to the self print section to settle for a different sheet size so that I could just print I what I needed, only to find out that the printer doesn't have any other size other than 8.5x11. What a waste of an hour and money. Why offer the self print service if the printers don't work??

These people are thieves, I always print at another FedEx, and it has never happened to me that I have to configure the machine where I am going to print, it automatically adjusts when I choose the size of the sheet, this employee approached me asking for his help and just He pressed a button and they printed the image incorrectly, and I previously set the size, because what I needed did not come out, I had to print again and that money was not returned when I had already paid for it

Seriously petty management working at this location - manager on duty Suzanne.
I came in on March 28 at around 2:45pm to use the computer to print documents. The printer was malfunctioning and the printouts were faulty. The staff was nice and reprinted my documents for me but Suzanne, didn’t seem to have the concept that customers come in and expect equipment to work. She offered no apology whatsoever and kept insisting that the time I lost is not her problem and refused to refund me the $5.85 that I was seeking for the faulty printouts. This type of pettiness creates a lot of bad will for the company and the FedEx brand. Hopefully someone higher up is reading this and sends her to be retrained about what customer service is and what FedEx brand represents.

Incredibly rude, condescending staff. I live in LA and will be visiting my parents for the holidays. My fiancée bought a gift for me from Paris and had it shipped to my parent’s address. They refused to let my mother pick it up, even after he was on the phone with them and we could send a picture of his ID over. That was understandable since it is policy. We ended up calling corporate, and this location has the option to hold the package just one day longer so we can pick it up after we land from the plane. The male worker refused to help us in any way. Moreover, they were rude to my mother (her first language is not English if you understand…). So now the package will be shipped back before we can land (Dec 20th is what the extension request would be, not anything crazy) and we are essentially penalized for being timely with ordering gifts and shipping gifts to my family’s home while visiting. Ultimately, this dampers our holiday and feeling of good will.

The most pleasant experience I have ever had at a FedEx location. Walk-in with simple printing job needed. Greeted by Simi who is one of the kindest people I have met. Simi is in line for a promotion at the least, her high level of customer service and kindness is rarely achieved. Well done. Germantown FedEx is a great location
