Took my car in to get the brake pads replaced because my dealer suggested it during routine service. David was kind enough to tell me my brake pads will last another year easily. I could not be more appreciative of David and middlebrooke exxon for being honest and treating their customers right.

I was having the oil leak issue on my Nissan for a very long time. David (the mechanic from the Middlebrook ExxonMobile service) had done a great job. He recommended that engine be swapped with the new one. They did a great job, and I am feeling like driving a new car now. I have been a regular client for many years, and I highly recommend this service station.

When we were having the gas shortage issue in May 2021, I called this gas station to verify they had gas before leaving my house with my infant 3 month old twins sons. I live 5 min away, well after I packed them Up and arrived at the gas station, the gas was out.

David's the man (Joe too), excellent customer service! This place is a gem, I send everyone I know here without hesitation. I stopped using my free oil changes from the dealer for this place because I can't stand the herds of people and the dealer scripted service and upselling.

so I went to this gas station today because I had called them ahead of time and said hey can you have me out of there ASAP I have one hour for lunch the guy was like yeah we can do it in 10 15 minutes at the most. Okay so I leave out and just go outside for a minute and maybe 5 minutes later I just walked back inside because you know I got to get back to work and I just walked back inside. And didn't say a word to anyone the guy said to me if you going to be rushing us I'm not going to do it? Excuse me you are a business you cannot turn down or discriminate against anyone so how can you say that to me when I said nothing to you I just walked back in the door. I'm so lost who think they can talk to you like that of course it's a foreigner and I'm sorry I am not Prejudice but every time I get rude treatment from people usually it is a foreigner I'm sorry.

Best place for Maryland Safety Inspection-required for private party sales in order to register a vehicle. Service manager, David efficiently took my information and assigned technician to perform the inspection. He estimated length at an hour and was completed within 50mins. I appreciate businesses that value customer's time. Although my vehicle did not pass initially, they were fair. Re-inspection was a breeze. It is co located with a gas station so expect to see high volume of activity.
