I recently experienced this business. Once in the office, the service was great! Great customer service. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. One issue: No one answers the phone, even when the office is completely empty. I attempted to call multiple times and was on hold for over 45-60 minutes with 0 response, or got the an automated message stating all circuits were busyor all representatives are helping other customers.The interesting part is that I attempted to call while en route to their office, and got the same response. Once I arrived at the office the office was completely empty. NO customers. The front desk was fully staffed And the admin office had multiple ppl inside. Intrestingly, I walked in while on hold and did not even hear the phone ringing.

Every other vehicle smells like cigarette smoke covered up with Fabreeze. Our child literally puked after riding in the vehicle...Apparently, they don't impose a large enough fine on smokers to deter them...

Let this be a warning to anyone renting from this branch specifically. Here's the game, so watch out for it. This is a very high-volume branch within the region. It's been notorious for years for being one of the lower quality branches in the area, for both staff and vehicle quality. They staff it with people who will hustle, due to the volume and long hours.During the busy periods, they check in a ton of cars, and will occasionally miss damage. The branch then becomes responsible for the damage, and it affects branch management's paychecks directly. To avoid the hit, they will continue to rent the car, which eventually leads to them calling you out for the damage.This is exactly what they did to my mother the other week. Damage was noted upon the inspection (the branch is trained to document any questionable damage in their tablet), but instead my mother was told "it was fine", and she could email the Branch Manager to document it with photos. Photos were sent of the damage immediately upon my mother getting home, time stamped a little over an hour after the rental agreement was executed. My mother then went back two days later to switch out of the vehicle, because it was too large for her. The branch then accused her of causing the damage that she had already emailed photos of two days prior and said they could not confirm when the email was from because the photos were not time stamped (they obviously were stamped, in an email).They then proceeded to call the employee who checked my mother in to the car, that had given her Brooke, the Branch Manager's email, to see if she recalled the damage. Not surprisingly, the Trainee concluded she did not remember the damage, even though she had given my mother her boss's email to document it. This interaction took place on a Friday, which is a high volume day for the branch. They continued to dismiss my mother with no resolution and take care of other customers for close to two hours, before she finally decided to leave with no resolution.Upon returning the car, my mother received a voicemail from the Branch saying that they checked in the vehicle and that it looked great, and they would be closing the contract and refunding her security deposit. They then proceeded to file a claim on her insurance after the fact, without notifying her.Watch out. They will dagger you out of convenience and emotion We have enough evidence that we fully plan to dispute the responsibility for the damage, but wanted to warn every one to be super thorough when renting from here. Otherwise, you will fall victim to the same game.

They gave me a damaged car on the driver door. I asked them about the damage, they said that they would make a note of the damage. When I returned the car, they reported a claim of the damage against me. When I referred to them and explained, they said that they don’t remember. Besides that, all the employees acts like a wolf, wild, disrespectful, rude.

Enterprise in Germantown has always been my rental car choice but now they are my FAVORITE! I had to rent a car in the mess of snow for several weeks. Norh picked me up and so kind. I was in and out in 10 minutes.The manager, Randall, gave me his direct email to renew for the week so I could avoid the weekly phone call. Quentin was kind and quick with getting me checked out and I didn’t have to wait for a ride to the body shop. All of this was super enough but the next day when I went to get my sunglasses, a new pair of Ray Bans, I realized I didn’t have them. I emailed the manager and then stopped by hoping they would be there…and they were! The mgr had them waiting on me. I’ve never had something returned from a rental car and for that this location will ALWAYS have my business.

Amazing experience. Got a rental car through insurance due to an accident of another party’s fault and the staff were AMAZING. Welcoming, kind, funny, and just made the experience easy peasy! And even better, they gave me the incredibly pleasant surprise of providing a rental car of the same model as my personal vehicle in the shop! The vehicle had a full tank and was nice and clean upon receiving. I am positive my experience when I come to return the vehicle later this week will be just as pleasant.

When I arrived someone was playing inappropriate type of music in the store, the rental smells like smoke and when I returned the rental, I wasn’t offered a ride.Other that everything was good.
