I went to buy myself some shoes.last time has been lord know how long because I'm a struggling single mother. Bought black vans not too much. I've never has a pair of vans fall apart like the ones I bought from here. One rip two rip. The shoes look horrible can't even wear them anymore. Bought them in December. I've have machined washed older vans and they didn't rip like these smh. I was ripped off smfh.

Very clean and well stocked. Great customer service, and a fair amount of selections for kids shoes. Greeted with a smiling face and taken care of at the register by Giselle, she was very professional and warm-hearted. I will definitely be coming back.

I have to say that the selection at this DSW is very nice! While I wish that they offered more leather shoes beyond the typical cowboy style ones, all in all, I’ve enjoyed my time there. Plus, they had adorable knee socks for sale, which was nice. I LOVE knee socks and stockings in general.By the way, can you all offer some either 100% cotton or whoop based knee socks down the road? I’d really appreciate having socks that don’t wear and tear easily after about a year. Thanks!

This DSW appears to be the replacement for the much larger one that closed down fairly recently in Germantown. It's considerably smaller and they don't appear to have any women's shoe sizes below a six. Even worse on a Saturday afternoon they had only one poor woman working the cash register with easily 10 or 15 people standing in line. Despite that she was in pleasant and good spirits if not a bit frazzled. They really need to work on their staffing. Additionally their men's shoes are almost non-existent. With barely an aisle or two dedicated to them.

Moving was the worst decision. This location is so much smaller. No selections. Feels congested. Really wish it had stayed where it was.

I’ve been shopping at DSW for years. In the past their prices were more reasonable I understand inflation but their prices have increased considerably. Okay selection of sneakers not allot of Nike shoe sizes selection seems to be limited for me 10 women 8 1/2 men for sneakers. Prices not worth it not to mention the customer service in the new Germantown location is below average. Probably won’t return I’ll try a different store hopefully better luck.

I received outstanding customer service from the manager working at 6pm on 7/17/22. I wish I had written down his name. He was kind enough to stop what he was doing to help me with a return and new online order for a different shoe that wasn't available in my size at the store. When I forgot there was a price difference between the old and new pairs, he was super nice about it. He said he had actually bought his wife the same pair of shoes I was ordering. Before this transaction, as I was shopping, I saw the manager checking in with his employees to see if they needed any help. It's readily apparent that this gentleman goes above and beyond to help employees and customers alike. He definitely deserves to be praised, and that's why I took the time to do it.

Their system went down when trying to pay at the store and they don’t provide any useful information. Offered to hold the items to pick up the same day, when even their hold forms allowed to specify another date. The cashier wrote down my phone number incorrectly (apparently on purpose) I had to correct it. When they called back to let me know that the system was working, they didn’t speak. Two hours lost at the store and nobody offered a good solution.
