hate having items locked up then when I request because I the paying customer needs said items, but still being treated like a thief by the employee who walked item to the cashier to keep, mind you been to this location before have asked for items that are locked up they were handed to me I did my shop and paid for everything this time it felt different and I felt like I was a paying thief.

I lost my drivers license. It was Katherin who took the time to help me and she found it.. I cannot thank her enough. Katherin is excellent at her job, honest, professional, compassionate, personal and completely showed that she cared about me the customers which I am proud to be one.

I was just release from the hospital after a major surgery. I had the dr send my script to this Wisteria CVS. Lord why all now from Saturday I have no meds. Said it required prior authorization which I’m sure the pharmacist could have obtained but did nothing. Instead the pharm techs stressed me out even more telling I couldn’t get my meds with an attitude because I had no understanding of why they couldn’t help me get the desired outcome for my situation. Literally still sitting in pain. They could have run it without the insurance and I would have paid whatever just to get my pain meds. Did I say I just had a MAJOR SURGERY??? If I could give a negative 10 I would…smh

I had a very serious issue with pharmacist Christian Osei. My son’s Dr. prescribed a specific dosage of medication, and the pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage and the prescription was incomplete. This level of negligence is dangerous and unacceptable. it could have seriously harmed my son.
We trust pharmacists with our health and the health of our loved ones, and mistakes like this show a complete lack of care and responsibility. I am filing an official complaint with the Pharmacy Board. People deserve better than to be treated with such disregard.

As someone who frequents this location for the pharmacy and retail, it is mediocre at its absolute best. While my interactions with all of the store’s employees have been pleasant, it’s clear that management is dropping the ball. I’ve had some frustrating experiences regarding insurance, the drinks section is almost always barren, and now half of the candy aisle is locked down (probably because of shoplifting) but the store is perpetually understaffed so no one is readily available to assist.

Terrible!!!! This CVS is the worst!! Over a week prior to the surgery date. Surgery day is here and prescription is still out of stock. Asked if prescription could be transferred to a cvs that has the medication but was told that they can’t. Let me save you the time, grief and worry, go elsewhere to get your prescriptions filled.

So this review is about Melville at the pharmacy. He is always super friendly when I come in bo matter the situation. This pharmacy is always busy and more then not understaffed. I often see customers getting angry at workers but they have laws to follow. Now if I had to rate CVS I would give a 2/3 stars at very most.

I don’t know if it’s new management or what but this cvs has noticeably improved over the past month or so. They are now fully staffed at the pharmacy and the store staff are friendly and helpful. Lines can still be long at the pharmacy, but it's a lot better than it was.

I've recently had to change pharmacies because of this CVS. The staff are incompetent and over worked. Last time I was there, there were two people doing check out. The young man was too busy flirting with his co worker to even notice that there was a line 20 people deep. And that isn't the first time I've waited over an hour for a medication that they had notified me by text it was ready. The main pharmacist is just plain mean. Basically I would suggest anywhere else but CVS
