Wow the pharmacist who assisted me was very very humble and kind, Mr ULRICH is very high professional in his Job he make sure to explain every details of my medication I am grateful that I met him. Congratulations to him and the Friderick rd Germantown cvs i recommend this cvs 100%

By far the worst experience I’ve had there. The pharmacist was extremely rude (He’s tall and African-American). I first went through the drive-through and he tried to explain it to me, but I couldn’t understand why so I decided to go in. He tried to explain it again louder, he made smart remarks and tried to dismiss me when I still had questions. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this CVS.

I was on hold for 28 minutes to speak to a pharmacist. After all that time waiting, they picked up and hung up. I called them a second time and they hung up again. Clearly they don't value customers and their time.

Got here 15 minutes before the posted closing time. Customers are still walking around inside, but the doors have already been locked.

OMG, one of the best CVS locally. What a customer service. Very clean and organized, easy to find my stuff. Henok is awesome, I felt welcome. I wish all the CVSs are like that. Definitely recommend this awesome store. Henok for president.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy. The drive through pharmacy is never working. (It probably is open 1 day a week) Never answers their phone (there’s actually no ringer on it so they can’t even hear when someone calls - I know because I have walked in still waiting on the phone for someone to pick up after a 45 min wait). My doctor can never get a hold of them, my health care provider can never get a hold of them - they have been messing up my prescription fill for months and doesn’t know what happened. And when I ask about it, I get an answer with a nasty attitude and unprofessionalism.Someone hire new people because they are always short staffed and change need to be made ASAP.

What is wrong with CVS at wisteria drive??? The doctor prescribe you medicine for a reason!! Drop my prescriptions yesterday morning , my husband went back first thing today to pick them up ( because they told me to go back in the afternoon and I stupidly thought “I ‘ll give them extra time “and is not ready yet ?!!!And also the LOST the prescriptions ?! And when I called them the fuking farmacist hang up in me ?!?I am so MAD… worse costumer service EVER !!I can expect that tipe of service anyware ! But not in a place that you are going because your health is in jeopardy !

I’ve gone to this pharmacy for at least 10 years and I’ve always had fine experiences with staff. I think they can improve cleanliness; it looks a little messy, especially in the back near the pharmacy. The vaccination area sometimes looks messy and so do the counters for medicine pick up, which can be off-putting. But in terms of customer service, I don’t really have any complaints.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. I've had my prescriptions switched to CVS because of the change in my insurance. Disappointing! They are the slowest I have ever seen and you stay holding on the phone for a minimum of 20mins every single time you call. I actually have to end up visiting in person because you stay on hold for so long.

Rich who is the store pharmacist manager will tell you one thing and his staff members will say something different. I never seen a pharmacy accept a prescription and hold the prescription a week but never fill it. Yet he claims that they get a delivery truck daily.

I live 5 mins far from cvs. And i finish my work at 10.45 and store hrs are 11pm. And if i reach at 10.50 store doors are already closed as shown timings are 11pm. Please dont loose your customers. Thank u

Customer service in this location and the one on Wisteria Drive needs serious work bc It’s absolute garbage. The employees walk around like they don’t know what they’re doing and have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I waited in line for 30 minutes for a covid test. According to one of the pharmacists, I was the first test of the day so why was it taking them so long??

Terrible service! Waited on hold for 30 minutes. No one answered the phone so I eventually just hung up. It wasn’t a request I could do using self service. If you call Walgreens they answer right away. No thanks, I’ll patronize a pharmacy that wants my business.

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacist Ulrich M. is extremely unprofessional. He won’t be able to process a birth control pill because he thought it needs special authorization from my doctor. My doctor’s team called him directly and explained to him that I am on special treatment and I need the medication the next day. Ulrich M. responded that he would handle it but next day CVS replied to me that they are out of the medication and they were trying to reach out to my doctor’s team which they never did. They did not contact my doctor even once. I don’t think they care about their patients at all and have the skills pharmacists are supposed to have. If you don’t want to have extra stress in your life especially at the most vulnerable time. Please don’t choose them. For your own sake.
