This review is specifically for the service department. I went in because my ac was blowing hot on my 2020 Honda Accord. (I did not purchase vehicle here). I was called by Tyler who told me that my compressor needed to be replaced. I notified him that I had an independent warranty and to see if he could check to see if it was covered. To my surprise, Tyler called back to inform me that the parts and labor were covered under the cars original manufacturers warranty. They were able to squeeze me in and finish the work by the end of day. The service department was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for future service.

Truly the easiest, most straightforward car buying experience ever. The salesman (Emmanuel) was knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful throughout. I did most of the communication with him electronically, then came into test drive and essentially sign papers. It was so easy! I’m used to spending hours and hours in a dealership as the salesman runs back and forth to the manager. This was a totally different experience. I highly recommend Criswell Honda!

We went here after getting baited and switched by another dealer, my husband called them with the details of the deal and what we were looking for and they beat the offer and were willing to give us a loaner if we wanted to wait for a particular color to arrive. Fortunately they had a color we liked on the lot (honestly more luck than anything). Still paid a little over MSRP, but a great deal relative to what other dealers will do on CrV. Very chill, nice, straightforward staff. We walked out happy with a beautiful vehicle for an acceptable price. Would recommend.

I bought a used car from Criswell in December 2022. When I purchased it they told me everything was good on the vehicle and their mechanics checked everything and they don't sell anything that doesn't pass their maintenance test. Fast forward to today getting an estimate from another Honda dealership and the AC compressor is bad, rack and pinion needs to be replaced, power steering system needs to be replaced. I bought an extended warranty from Performance First when I purchased the vehicle so I'm thinking this will be covered. They want me to pay hundreds of dollars to verify/diagnose the problems and they said "maybe" Performance First will pay a portion. Do not buy from these crooks! And they're rude. And they view the customer as prey!

Normally everything is great when take my car in for service. Things would’ve been the same this time, but the technician left trash from the part that was replaced and rag in my car. Besides that blip things went smooth. Advisor kept me updated with the status while it was there.

Many things didn’t meet my standards.- i had to wait 40+ minutes for the shuttle to get a ride home. When I needed to get back to the dealer.. it took 3 phone calls to get hold of the shuttle driver.. other dealers use Uber.- I was told 2 hours.. it took 3.5 hours to get my car ready.- I was disappointed that you didn’t offer a car wash. Even if the machine is broken, you could offer a voucher to a local car wash.- 3% credit card fees is definitely the worst of all. Who does that anymore??

Andrea and Tony were absolutely wonderful. They made my car buying experience wonderful.Every question I asked was explained to me thoroughly. I left feeling like I was their most important client. Definitely will tell my friends and family to go see them.

Great service representative. Leslie at Criswell Honda Germantown, Maryland was very responsive to my questions and kept me abreast of the status of my car.Mechanical service was completed sooner than expected. I had 3 manufacturer recalls and an oil change. Everything was done in a very efficient, timely manner

The local shuttle that is offered appears to not just be local. When I arrived, I was told that the drive had been gone for about 30 minutes so should be back soon. After 90 minutes, I abandoned and had a colleague come and get me. An employee told me “he might have taken someone to DC! How is that local??Also, had I had all the work done that was recommended, my bill would have been in excess if $3k and, guess what? They charge 3% to use a credit card!! How many people have that sort of money just lying around in their checking account these days? I will not be returning.

The technician Ken took excellent care of my car and let me know what needed to be taken care of immediately and what could wait. No pressure at all like the stereotype for car repairs. Got it done fast and well.

The exhaust system on my 2010 Element was rusting and the right front sway bar was broken. I could have taken my car to a garage for repairs using non-Honda parts including a new Catalytic Converter however my experience of doing this is: don't waste your time and money. Quality doesn't cost, it pays!!! My non-Honda brakes continue to squeal to this day every time I use them.Criswell Service Manager Greg McInvale went above and beyond the call of duty in getting both repairs made to my Element. Preceding diagnostic testing allowed Criswell to determine which parts needed replacement. All parts were pre-ordered prior to the repair. Leaving my Element with Criswell for the entire day was the way to go. Greg kept me apprised of the repairs during the day and sure enough, everything wrapped up as promised at the end of the day.I will be back to Criswell Honda for all future repairs to my 2010 Element, that's for darn sure!

Called our usual representative to make an appointment for my vehicle, a/c was not blowing cold air. Get there 15min prior at 9:45am and she is not there. Another person takes my vehicle after I explained what the issue was. $85 diagnostic fee, fine, I need this fixed. When I asked how long will it take he says that he will call me at noon to inform me about the findings and how to fix the problem. I take the shuttle back home and wait for the call. It's now 1:30pm and I'm still waiting for the call. When I call to check for an update the lady on the phone says that the person in charge of my vehicle will give me a call back after talking with the technician. At 2:30pm my husband also called because I was still waiting and they said the same to him. At 2:50pm this person finally calls, explained the tech's findings and that it will be 1.5 hours to repair and I give the go ahead. 4:17pm and he calls to inform me that my vehicle is done and ready to pick up and he gives me the total. I tell him that I have a coupon to use and he says that it's better if he gives me a 10% off, since it would be a better discount and I said okay. The problem? Besides the lack of communication when I get to pick up my vehicle it looks like he already left and another person gives me the invoice and when I check, it is the same amount he told me before the 10% discount. I ask this person about the discount and he points the 10% off on labor and materials. He leaves and I'm still checking the invoice dumbfounded about what it looks like that the price was changed so the "10% off" will total the same amount he said first. In short, there were no real discount and I ended up paying more than what I was told before and of course don't forget the 3% credit card fee. Overall, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Tyler was Excellent from start to finish!! Kept us updated during the entire process and went out of his way to provide reassuring feedback. Would not hesitate to go back for additional repairs!!

Service Center: A simple oil change took 2 hours and 10 minutes. Rather go to your local mechanic. And credit card payments require a 3% convenience fee. I made an appointment, but it doesn't mean anything. This is a very disappointing place.
