This dealership will upsell you! Went in for an inspection and was quoted over 5,000 in repairs, many of which were way inflated in price and not needed. I declined and went to a local mechanic who measured all the relevant repair items and pretty much said none of them needed to be fixed.

Mr. Mike Disogra is hands down the best sales representative I've worked with. He never pressured us in any way, and really took care of my wife and I and knew what we needed in our new car.

My Stelvio had a strange warning about “Audio Maintenance” on the dash. I made an appointment and dropped it off. They kept my car for 7 days. I’d call every two days and they’d say “we’re talking back and forth with Alfa trying to work it out”. Finally, I gave up. Picked up my car and made an appointment with the Alfa in Tysons Corner VA. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and gave me my car back in 24 hours. Don’t waste your time at this location, go to Tysons if you can make it.

Service department is horrible! My Stelvio has been in their shop for 2 weeks trying to get a fuel pump replaced. Every time we call (Because they never call us for an update) we are told the car should hopefully be done later that day. When we call again they say they are still working on it. It should not take this long for a simple replacement of a part. The customer service is horrible and they speak to you like you're bothering them when you call.

Criswell Alfa Romeo service team made a CRACK on my car windshield, and then blame it on me (pictures below). I brought my 2017 Giulia to the dealership service for a battery replacement and there was NO crack on my front windshield. I picked up my car on Friday and I saw a 14-inch crack on my front windshield. I reported the crack to the service manager, Pia, and he states that he doesn't know how the crack is there and will ask his service technician to discover how it occurred. I called back on Monday and Pia tells me that it was not the technician's fault and there could have been a small crack and it expanded when the car was in service, which was total BS!!. I asked to speak to the Service Director and was told to leave a voicemail, and nobody call me back for two weeks. I go back and forth with Pia and got more lies and falses. This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I will never bring my car or recommend this **** dealership anymore. As a business, take RESPONSIBILITY for the mistakes of your employees.

First time getting my Alfa Romeo serviced here and I’ve never been more disappointed. I had called 2 days prior to schedule my appointment in order to accommodate my work schedule.Supposedly I had an appointment at 9am to get my car serviced. I end up getting a text that I will be receiving updates about my car the next day. Upon calling, they explain that they are behind and will try to get to my car today but might to expect it to have it the next day. They then rush my service and call me that the vehicle is ready. I still have them a couple hours to get the complimentary wash/vacuum that they had mentioned. When I get there, no one goes over the supposed multi-point inspection. They just hand me back my vehicle without it even being washed or vacuumed either.Horrible customer service and it’s upsetting that making an appointment is worthless to them. Not only that, I do not even know if they found anything during my service.Won’t be coming back here again.

This dealer has done right by me. I bought my car used with a warranty and they've treated me like any other new car customer.Friendly and honest folks. The prices are a bit higher, but they're one of the only ones working on these cars in the area, and they are still reasonable.I'll be a long time customer, highly recommend.

Last week I dropped my Alfa Romeo Guilia off for routine service. I was greeted by Erick as I dropped my car off at the dealership. He told me immediately what would be done and timing. He kept me updated and was pleasant and professional. I appreciate good service on my car and good customer service. People too often just want to make negative comments - I wanted to take the time to recognize my positive experience. Thanks and keep up the good work !

Had my first service today at criswell Alfa Romeo. I’ve driven a Mercedes for the last 4 years and this is my first Alfa Romeo. Unfortunately the two brands are worlds apart. Mercedes always had a loaner and plenty of staff available. The person working was doing his best but unfortunately wasn’t being given a lot to work with by the dealership. I was asked multiple times if I purchased my car from Criswell Alfa Romeo. I guess if you buy a car from them they treat you better. No loaners here unless you have purchased a car from them. I watched another customer who owned a Maserati being serviced get treated the same way. If you have $50k to $150k to spend on a car you might want to think twice before buying an Alfa or a Maserati. They don’t seem to want to provide the service that the price of their cars deserve. Reply below says they have loaners if requested in advance. That’s not what they tell you when you ask. They only give loaners to people who buy cars from them. I was also told that they have zero loaners to give even if I had purchased my car from them. Only one guy working in service and he was working very hard. Criswell Alfa Romeo Maserati needs to do better.

I did not purchase my Guilia at Criswell but have switched over to them for its servicing over the past 2 years due to an issue with customer service at the Tysons Corner Safford dealership/service center. I am very happy I switched over and it is worth the longer commute! Up until this year they have done the simple maintenance and oil changes, but this year I have had some issues e.g. with the sunroof and rearview mirror requiring complicated fixes, and they worked with me and Alfa on payments in regards to the warranty, loaners etc. final price prior to work and so on. Pai was my main POC who was very thoughtful in keeping me updated throughout the process, informative, and kind. Highly recommend him and this service center!

No names, as no need to single out individuals, as examples run throughout dealership. Repeatedly told only 10/Excellent means they have done their job. From one email... "because anything less than a perfect score on the survey Maserati/ Alfa Romeo recognizes it as a failure". Is this a perfect score story? Car purchase on Labor Day was great; even sprung for protective Cilajet treatment. Next day, contacted by my Sales Person that after work I need to bring the car back for "very important update". With 2+ hour rush hour drive and EARLY work next day, I say earliest I can do is Friday. He states he'll talk to Service Department and call me back. Hours later and no call, I call him back, and now "very important update" can wait until Cilajet. 3 Days later Cilajet finally scheduled for next Friday by First Service Rep. Saturday after sale, plug in purchase document USB Stick Finance Person gave me... guess what's blank! Contact dealership, Finance Person states another USB Stick will be left to pick up during Cilajet. With below mess, she overnights it. EARLY following week Tuesday (just 7 days after sale) put stuff on back passanger side seat, and on door close, window explodes. Clean up glass best I can, cover hole, take off work, drive to dealership. At dealership First Service Rep states Alfa is having big trouble supplying parts; the EXTREME extent of issue was never hinted at during sale. He calls Parts Department and I'm told they have to order and can get it installed next week Thursday. Not great, but agree to 10 day later appointment. He agreed to get leftover glass cleaned up from my interior and put plastic cover over hole. While waiting, other customers are told "can't get the parts"... with Second Service Rep noting how one customer 's car has been waiting over 3 months on lot. Before leaving, First Service Rep cancels Cilajet appointment as can't do with missing window. Plastic cover peeling off, but make it to the morning of appointment and not hearing different, head to appointment. Guess what hasn't arrived, even though no one called to say there was a problem! Now told the ETA is some time that day and trying to get more information from UPS. I'm asked to wait and later the Second Service Rep comes to get me. At the counter he gives me my key fob, tells me they re-did plastic cover, and new ETA for the window was some unknown time that day. Reply "I need to speak with the highest ranking person here today". Asked to wait again. High-Up Person eventually comes to get me, hears my issues... like not getting a call if part hasn't arrived. High-Up Person is going to call me WHEN part arrives and so "trip isn't a waste, we can do the Cilajet". Same Cilajet treatment that had been cancelled because it can't be done with the missing window. So, at this point all I ended up with was the Cilajet I should have already had done... if not for apparent earlier dishonest reason to cancel appointment. While I finally got Cilajet, there has been no offer of a discount on window or labor for all the screwups; no top off of my gas tank... no real gesture. Before I left, First Service Rep said he would call me later that day to let me know the UPS status of my part... guess what call I never got that day (or 7 days later... no call, no voicemail, no text, no email... this thumb in the eye made me start doing reviews now vs waiting for saga end)! For all they can't control, do continued communication problems, and other failures, deserve a perfect score (or your business)? I got some positive in damage control attempts, but mostly trouble, and guilt for a better score! If Alfa is not only so delayed in provided parts, but unable to provide reasonable shipment tracking on when/where a part is, does that impact your purchase decision? Do you want to make a vehicle purchase with the described dealership (during the worst moments with your vehicle, will they make it better or more frustrating)?

I brought our Stelvio in for a routine service, and during the inspection, it was discovered that there was a serious coolant leak. The leak was covered under warranty, and taken care of quickly. The team and especially Pai were helpful and communicative. I will continue to service the vehicle here!

Had an odd issue with my AR during travel on July 4th and stopped at the dealership as we were not going to be able to get back home without it getting addressed. Not only was the sales staff helpful in doing everything they could to assist us (service was closed for the 4th), but the next morning when I stopped back when service opened, they were ridiculously helpful in getting it remedied. Honestly, a good enough experience that if I remain in an AR for my next car, I'll absolutely consider Criswell Alfa.

Wanted to test drive a Giulia Quadrifoglio. Sales associate told me they don’t allow test drives of that car, but would check with the manager to see what he can do. I told him I was a serious buyer (even had the green light from my wife!) Manager denied the test drive. I get it, they probably get a bunch of kids trying to test drive this car, but I’m actually an interested buyer and would have bought the car if the test drive and deal went well. I’m also not going to spend 80k+ without test driving the car! The manager didn’t even come out and tell me himself, sent the sales associate back out to do the dirty work. Very unfortunate experience with this dealership. Will be going to others for my GQ.

Great Service and a shout out to thier Alfa Tech. Only reason they are getting 4 Stars is it would of been nice to have bottle water in the waiting area for a dealership of this quality. Overall good experience with service department.
