Do NOT go here to have your Alfa Serviced. I have owned my Alfa since 2018 and have taken vary good care of my car. It only has 49,000 miles on it. I am very particular with my vehicals. When you buy an Alfa you think you should get excellent service.... I took my Stelvio Quadrifoglio in because it was having an issue with rough idle at start up and smoking at start up. I own a scanner and it was showing a code that described these symptoms. The service advsor said that they could not find anything wrong with the car and that no codes were present. They charged me $235 to do the diagnostics that didn't show them anything was wrong. The service advisor then proceeded to go get my car for me and when he started it I watched the smoke come out of the back of the car as he started it. I told him that I just watched smoke at start up and he shrugged his shoulders and said that they could find anything wrong with it. They also told me that my car needed over $6000 worth of things done to the car that of course were not under warranty including $1480 to change spark plugs, $580 to change the oil that I just recently had changed but they said that there was an aftermarket oil filter and we should have used OEM. They also quoted that it needed a transmission flush for $1800 and that I should replace the serpentine belt for $2150. They are not there to help the customer, they are just trying to upsell to make the extra money. Their customer service is horrible. I was also thinking of trading my car in at some point soon and looking at a newer Alfa or Maserati but will not be returning to this stealership and will not ever buy anything from Criswell.

A great place to purchase or lease and service your next vehicle from a family owned business that ranks consistently at the top for sales and quality of service around the DMV.

I was losing hope in this Dealership. I brought in my vehicle many times for the same repairs for months now and each time I saw that good customer service was getting worse and less than before. I was considering to replace the vehicle but retracted that idea because of it. This last visit for repairs where different I was welcomed in with a smile by Bernie and I was happy to see Kalifa back with excellent customer service. Kalifa apologized for the bad experiences I had with my vehicle and not to hesitate to ask if anything else is needed. It drives must better now and I’m happy about that. I’m giving them 5 stars because the way I was handled all the way around. I had a loaner vehicle waiting at drop off and greeted with excellent customer service at pickup. Thank you to help brighten my day.

Great, all the way around. My first dealing with Criswell was purchasing my Colorado truck from their Chevrolet outfit. My wife had the new car itch and we started talking about a new car in December for her. I reached out to my Chevy guy then and texted back and forth several times. Fast responses, even when he was off and having family time. Just amazing. Although Russell works at their Chevrolet dealer, he went out of his way to make this happen. Top notch all the way around! Thanks, Russell Carter.

I am getting close to the end of my lease and have decided to buy the vehicle. I am finding the dealership quite unresponsive and annoying.
I have been calling the dealership to speak to the accounting section for the past 3 weeks and have not been able to speak to the person in charge yet.
Whoever picks up the phone keeps saying she is out of office and they will give my phone number to her to call me back. That is yet to happen.
I have left multiple messages with other employees at the dealership and also have left voicemails for the person in charge and have not heard back. I have even sent emails with no response.
I have made a complaint to CFPB and FTC and am awaiting a response.

They destroyed my paint and refused to fix it.
Brought my brand new Alfa Romeo in for a software recall and they offered a complimentary car wash. When I got my car back, there were chips on at least 10 different spots, all the way through the car’s red paint. Now my red Alfa Romeo has white little spots all over it. When I brought up the issue and showed pics of the car before I brought it in, they refused to fix it and were extremely rude. I hope karma serves them well, these people deserve nothing good in life, damaging people’s property and “spitting in their face” afterwards.

Danny Ahn is the best, most honest car salesman I have ever worked with. He loves cars, and you can trust that he'll go the extra mile for you. I purchased a used Giulia Quad from the dealership, and it has been spectacular. When I picked it up, Danny had had the mechanics do a thorough check and Danny had detailed the car to make it look spectacular. Danny has been extremely communicative ever since, answering any questions I have about the car. This car is super special, but so is this dealership.

This dealership will upsell you! Went in for an inspection and was quoted over 5,000 in repairs, many of which were way inflated in price and not needed. I declined and went to a local mechanic who measured all the relevant repair items and pretty much said none of them needed to be fixed.

Mr. Mike Disogra is hands down the best sales representative I've worked with. He never pressured us in any way, and really took care of my wife and I and knew what we needed in our new car.

My Stelvio had a strange warning about “Audio Maintenance” on the dash. I made an appointment and dropped it off. They kept my car for 7 days. I’d call every two days and they’d say “we’re talking back and forth with Alfa trying to work it out”. Finally, I gave up. Picked up my car and made an appointment with the Alfa in Tysons Corner VA. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and gave me my car back in 24 hours. Don’t waste your time at this location, go to Tysons if you can make it.

Service department is horrible! My Stelvio has been in their shop for 2 weeks trying to get a fuel pump replaced. Every time we call (Because they never call us for an update) we are told the car should hopefully be done later that day. When we call again they say they are still working on it. It should not take this long for a simple replacement of a part. The customer service is horrible and they speak to you like you're bothering them when you call.

Criswell Alfa Romeo service team made a CRACK on my car windshield, and then blame it on me (pictures below). I brought my 2017 Giulia to the dealership service for a battery replacement and there was NO crack on my front windshield. I picked up my car on Friday and I saw a 14-inch crack on my front windshield. I reported the crack to the service manager, Pia, and he states that he doesn't know how the crack is there and will ask his service technician to discover how it occurred. I called back on Monday and Pia tells me that it was not the technician's fault and there could have been a small crack and it expanded when the car was in service, which was total BS!!. I asked to speak to the Service Director and was told to leave a voicemail, and nobody call me back for two weeks. I go back and forth with Pia and got more lies and falses. This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I will never bring my car or recommend this **** dealership anymore. As a business, take RESPONSIBILITY for the mistakes of your employees.
