This is a great dealership / service center for Alfas. I was impressed with the service and their accommodation. The drive from Towson to Germantown is not great but it is worth it to be able to take your car to a dealership that you trust. I ran here (with an appointment) when my check engine light popped on and they diagnosed it as the multi air which needed replaced. It is typically a day and a half repair but they were so kind when they learned that I was from out of town and squeezed me in before the end of the day to complete the job. They have courtesy cars (unfortunately all in use when I was there) and a local shuttle which can drive you anywhere in the local area (outlets, restaurants, Starbucks coffee shops) while you wait. Pai was my service representative and he was professional and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions calmly and clearly. Recommend this dealership!

I have been taking my Alfa 4C to Criswell since it was delivered new. They have a high degree of knowledge and skill with these unique cars, and have been the only ones who touch it, from its PDI in 2014 to its 60,000 mile (!) service. They have always done meticulous work for me. This recent visit was no exception. The car needed a careful alignment, and a mystery buzz/rattle pinpointed and fixed. The car was returned to me perfect. The alignment is dead on the numbers, with before and after readouts provided. And they expertly tracked down the rattle and eliminated it. This was the only dealer I have ever trusted with an open-ended type of troubleshooting request like this, and wow did they crush it.Yes, their prices are higher than you may find elsewhere, but in this case you get what you pay for, and I for one find the peace of mind and trust in their work well worth it for such a special car.

Criswell Alfa Romeo service team made a CRACK on my car windshield, and then blame it on me (pictures below). I brought my 2017 Giulia to the dealership service for a battery replacement and there was NO crack on my front windshield. I picked up my car on Friday and I saw a 14-inch crack on my front windshield. I reported the crack to the service manager, Pia, and he states that he doesn't know how the crack is there and will ask his service technician to discover how it occurred. I called back on Monday and Pia tells me that it was not the technician's fault and there could have been a small crack and it expanded when the car was in service, which was total BS!!. I asked to speak to the Service Director and was told to leave a voicemail, and nobody call me back for two weeks. I go back and forth with Pia and got more lies and falses. This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I will never bring my car or recommend this **** dealership anymore. As a business, take RESPONSIBILITY for the mistakes of your employees.

Fantastic service! Vrej and his manager were super professional, maintained communication, promptly contacted me when they discovered an additional issue, and completed the service timely. Great all around. If you need to service your car, just ask for Vrej!Services: Tire rotations

I have tried to call for two days several times throughout the day and resorted to online form just to try to schedule a service appt! Still no reponse. It should not be this difficult. Supposed to be an upscale brand, complete turn off.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I did not purchase my Guilia at Criswell but have switched over to them for its servicing over the past 2 years due to an issue with customer service at the Tysons Corner Safford dealership/service center. I am very happy I switched over and it is worth the longer commute! Up until this year they have done the simple maintenance and oil changes, but this year I have had some issues e.g. with the sunroof and rearview mirror requiring complicated fixes, and they worked with me and Alfa on payments in regards to the warranty, loaners etc. final price prior to work and so on. Pai was my main POC who was very thoughtful in keeping me updated throughout the process, informative, and kind. Highly recommend him and this service center!

Mickey Mouse operation that consistently fails to meet the level of customer service expected of a luxury car brand. Difficult to reach a service rep via telephone, almost impossible to schedule a servicing at a reasonable time, wholly overpriced for even the simplest services (even for a luxury brand), and, in less important matters, they always have an excuse as to why they can't give me my complimentary car wash. The straw that broke the camel's back, however, occurred this morning. I made an appointment over a month in advance to get my car serviced and receive a loaner car due to the time requirements of the repairs. I make my way to the dealership at 8am on a workday after having shifted multiple obligations at work, driving through 40 minutes of DC traffic in the process, only to find out that they have no loaner cars. They knew in advance of my appointment that they had no loaner cars for the day. Did I receive a phone call? Of course not. They don't have the common courtesy to give me a phone call, shoot me a text, send me an email, tweet it, or whatever. They only tell me this as I am standing at their service desk handing them my keys. Apparently, I was next on their list to call, though. So, kudos on that.Get your car serviced elsewhere. I know I will.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
