Before dinner in Germantown, my fiance and I went to Wegman's to browse their selection of produce and products. We ended up getting a variety of Kettle and Fire and Wegman's bone broths. Next time, we'll have to try Mini Crabcakes, Pretzel Twist with Crab Stuffing, and other appetizers.

I come to Wegman's at least once a week. I am sure that for spinach wraps that I am their best customer. I buy 3 spinach wraps at a time-- generally twice a week almost every week of the year. Not quite 300/ year. The food is fresher than at Subway. I like the staff, and people refer to this Wegman's as "your store". (ie, were you at your store this week). To me, the spinach wraps with fresh veggies, roast beef and turkey are very tasty. And I find that most of the time when I speak to people, they are at least business-friendly.However, it IS a business, and if they weren't busy, they would--and have--gotten less hours. When I compare them to workers at other grocery stores, IMO, their service tends to be better. Especially when comparing to some of the managers and supervisors at some branches of Safeway. In one instance, even when I had someone from HQ on the phone, they would give me any cash back for a check, and refused to speak to a headquarters employee. I don't bother with certain branches any more.

Nothing special here. It's a grocery store. They have a good selection, and a lot of organic and specialty items, but when they don't have something, and they ask if you found everything, you can tell them what you'd like to see and they have no idea what to do.

Love this food store! Only 2 issues. People are getting food and beverages and sitting down partaking without paying for it. And second, we saw someone in the bakery asking some question regarding desserts also, why they were not wearing gloves. The guy working there got totally Irate and called for security. This was Completely and Totally Uncalled for! The security should be catching folks STEALING food instead of looking for people making Simple inquiries about the food! If I did not witness this, 5 Stars for Wegmans!

Why did you limit the dining eating area to 7pm? I would come here but no longer. Used to come here and buy a frozen dinner and microwave it and eat it in the seating area. But no longer. So don't come here anymore.

Some really good sales. They deliver through door days. Produce is fresh. Good choice for groceries.

On a Saturday morning there were three checkouts open. I waited 26 minutes in line which was longer than I was in the store shopping. A cashier put her bank in the checkout next to the one I was in, opened several paper bags, and looked as though she was about to open. When I asked if she was opening she said "in a couple of minutes" and walked away. When I left the store 20 minutes later, she was in the parking lot talking with two other employees at the cart corral. I know stores want us to act as cashiers and baggers so they can save on payroll but not everyone is mobile enough to do that.

I've literally been to a Wegman's location like twice in life. LOL They are somewhat hard to come by. I live in S.S so the closest location would be either Gaithersburg or Columbia. Still a hike either say when I live less that 5 mins from a Giant and Safeway. Even though I've been to a Wegmans less than a handful of times, I was always in awe of how much they have to offer. I mean the place is huge and probably carries everything you need for groceries. This time around, I went specifically for their flowers for Mother's day. One of my best friends gets her flowers from Wegmans all the time and they always look beautiful. I was highly surprised to see the assortment and the abundance of flower options a day before Mother's day. I thought everyone would be swarming to the point where they couldn't keep up. I appreciated that there were flowers right up front when you walk in with more in the back of the store in their flower department. I was in and out within 20 mins with 2 beautiful arrangements. I hear that Wegman prices are kind of high compared to other grocery stores but i would def make another effort to actually walk the entire store to see what more they can offer.

I shop at my Local Wegmans (Frederick) and I happened to be out in MoCo this weekend, so wanted to hit this one on the way back! It's literally such an amazing Location! Love the huge parking garage they have connected to the Store! It was well stocked with all sorts of items I needed! You can't beat the variety at Wegmans with all substitutes for certain food allergens and veggie vegan types! Staff was nice and helpful!! Would definitely go back to this Location if I'm out in MoCo again!

Okay, so this is the first and only Wegmans I have been to, and I will say that I am not overly impressed. Major pros (for me): 1) their produce is usually pretty good quality (in comparison to several other grocery stores in the area) 2) they have a pretty good selection of 'specialty' items, as well as international items (specifically Asian food items - which is nice if you aren't sure where your local Asian market is, or are intimidated by the experience) 3) the food quality all around is arguably better than some of the competitors in the near area. Major cons (for me): 1) it is a bit pricey in my opinion, especially for some regular run of the mill items 2) I HATE the way this store is set up. Don't ask me why, I just really do not like it (such a personal complaint lol) 3) They tend to not have enough cashiers and registers open and available for patrons to check out. I mean, I believe that you're weird if you go to places like the grocery store in a hurry, but still, no one wants to experience what they may consider Walmart-type waiting in lines at a nicer grocery store like Wegmans. Overall, the store is fine. I wouldn't sing the praises from the rooftop or anything, but I would definitely visit again, specifically for the produce.

0* for the store policy and manager. Lately I had to visit this store each day to purchase prepared meals for a sick family member. I don't mind if a dish doesn't turn out good. But, I bought a Wegman's quart of lemonade to drink in the car. I was astounded by the sugar in it and did not drink past a sip. When I went home, read the label, 28 g all added sugar. Its more than double the coke!!! I checked the store website, no refund policy found. When I went to the store, asked 2 clerks, one asian woman did not understand what I asked, the second one told me to go to the desk. I asked the man there and he told me I can bring it to return. I was lazy to do for such a cheap thing $3.27. However, I want to let them know my disgust of their lemonade, so they discontinue it. The man (same man, is he manager?) threw the bottle in the trash can, counted the money and return to me without any smile or thank. I should not have thanked him. I will continue to go to the store but don't think highly of its management and owner, just highly of some of the helpers I had spoken to.

I visited this location for the first time yesterday and it was such an amazing experience. The facility was clean the employees were so well mannered while stoking the shelves. Willing to answer questions and also giving the customer the right of way to shop. The warmest part of my experience was while checking out I was speaking with the cashier Lynn Pham and some how we started to talk about Kombucha, and I was telling her how I didn't like the sparkling version. Lynn was so kind by leaving the register and walking over with me to one that wasn't sparkling because her caring and going out of her way I purchased the beverage. Lynn is such an asset to this facility and of course including the other employees I will sure to visit This location again in the near future. Please ensure the staff and Lynn knows about this review I would greatly appreciate it.

I use the pharmacy here. There was a miscommunication about one of my scripts on the eve of a snowstorm. I was frustrated at first and asked if they could mail the script to my location but they did one better and dropped the script off to me at my job. Top Shelf customer service!

What appears to be the nicest grocery store in the area is actually the worst!!! 1.... Every other grocery store in the area has self check out. Where Wegmens falls terribly short is that their self checkouts don't except cash like every other self checkout in town. I'd be curious to know why that is? Cuz, I'd bet it's a pretty STUPID reason. 2.... I notice that Wegmens, like every other grocery store in the area has a couple of checkouts that can be "15 items or fewer" lanes. I've noticed time and time again that none of these lanes are EVER open. And, I also notice that not only myself, but over half of the other people standing in line have very few items. So, since I can't use self checkout, because I'm a cash paying customer, I now have to wait in line behind someone who has a cart and a half full of groceries. So, essentially I'm trying to be in and out in 10 mins, but have to wait in line for an extra 20 mins just to buy a few items. A word of advice.... DO BETTER!!!

I am again visiting my daughter in Maryland for an extended period, and I love to shop at Wegman's whenever I come here. We do not have a store like this one in my community in Louisiana, so I'm quite fascinated with everything Wegman's, which amuses my daughter. Today the wonderful ladies in the bakery department helped me out with a special request. I was so moved by their care and consideration that I love Wegman's even more now!! I am a loyal customer when I'm here, and I understand why my daughter and SIL shop here.
