This is the worst store and delivery .I ordered watch they told me we will delivery it at home one 1 day but all day I was waiting home they didnt ring door bell or knock door they show up just they take picture my package from the store. I pay $210 with tax I went to them to chk they told me we raised today the price $240 .lies lies lies

They keep selling me damaged phones. I bought a moto edge plus 2023 new, and there is a huge slash going across the bottom of the phone, right out of the box. It is so sharp that cut my thumb
This is the 4th time in a row I was sold a damaged moto edge, which I now have to attempt to return. I always get charged $50 no matter what.
I notice the phones are kept in rooms full of concrete dust, power tools, etc where there is work being done, which I do not understand.
The seel is always bumpy and shriveled, instead of smooth and flat. The boxes are always dirty, beat up, and not handled with much care. The first 3 phones also had either scratches on lens, and the along aluminum frame, worm out antenna bands with slashes in them, adhesive that wasn't holding, etc...
Are you knowingly selling used and damaged phones as new?

Very disappointing. I walked in and asked for support in the mobile department. I was sent to customer service. Customer service took forever on 1 guest. When someone finally came, he was friendly. I said I need mobile support. He had me wait and radio the sales Associate to arrive to support. No one showed. There was a gaggle of employees and finally, I stopped a girl walking by to ask my question and she could not provide the support I needed.

Really, it is the end of an era. I loved Radio Shack and Best Buy. These locations will be gone soon. This Best Buy tries to give the personalized service that some people (like me) still appreciate. The selection is diminished, but they have had what I wanted each time (Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and a VGA to HDMI adapter) so I can't complain really. If there is a Best Buy in your area, go by and look around.

Overall experience wasn't the best after being patient because everytime I walked into this store I had to wait for along time 2hours to be specifically but what topped it for me was the customer service representative asking to check my handbag and also my pant pockets if I had taken one RAM. But I want to thank Cody from Geek Squad for being helpful and also the gentleman at the front thank you for being awesome. Also just wanted to highlight Employee called "MANN" is the rudest unhelpful person who feels like he owns the store and doesn't help but brushes you off without a care.

I called in advance to have an expensive Father’s Day gift brought to the register so I could make a purchase before closing and I was cutting it close on time. The sales associate that answered accommodated the request and I arrived at 7:57 with my card in hand but was told I couldn’t enter because they were closed. I explained the circumstance and pointed out it wasn’t 8 yet after receiving a nasty attitude and told to not come after closing again. It took 2 minutes for checkout to locate the item and another 3 to finalize the transaction. The store made the sale that another store wanted. I will buy online moving forward. The brick and mortar store can fold with their attitude. I don’t need it. Competition is plenty. I’ll spend elsewhere.
2 stars for the man who answered the phone pleasantly and helped me out as well as the woman who rung me out competently.

Disappointed they've made it smaller and they don't carry as much stuff as they used too.
