Awful customer service in the tart section department. Ulta Beauty you need to take a look at one of your very unprofessional associates she was a elderly woman with a longer skirt and a lighter shirt I was not able to get her name because she made me feel so uncomfortable. I end up not purchasing anything and leaving the store that attitude needs to be professionally disciplined, I applied a tester on my arm and she was interfered consistently I already made myself clear I do not need her help but she seemed so persistent it almost strikes me. She made me feel really uncomfortable, and I felt harassed by her.

Shopping with a friend in the store and listening to these women gossiping about the customer almost literally in front of them is a big no-no. Whoever the store manager is you should be really embarrassed to have a staff like that I found out through one of your other gossip associates that the lady who strikes the negative communication about the customer is a elderly woman who is in charge in the prestigious department, she had a long coral skirt on, and then you had to two young once at the cash register who has a a visible piercing in her nose disgusting and unprofessional behavior came along with the poor attitude this all occurred on a Saturday May 18th late afternoon at around 4:30 PM whoever be the general manager you need to take a look at your sales associates no wonder it’s most of the time empty.

I booked with Christine who I was told was too busy to take me and they tossed me with the only available stylist. I did not receive the treatments I booked and paid for, and once the stylist heard “stay at home mother” she immediately decided I’d only want ponytail hair. Next time, if I come back, I’ll put on a full face of makeup come with pictures and explain I’m a work from home mom with multiple clients and in school AND take care of my kid to maybe get a bit of respect. I had hoped to feel confident at my industry conference next week, but will now be pulling my hair back in a ponytail, just like the stylist intended for me to be able to do. $57 for a trim and to be made feel poorly about myself

Christina was the best!! I showed her inspo photos and she was able to replicate what I wanted while staying within my budget. She was also really nice and you could tell she was really passionate about her work and making sure the client is happy with their results! Definitely recommend booking a service with her!! ?

Christina was absolutely amazing! I came in wanting a consolation for extensions and after looking at my damaged hair made better recommendations even though she wouldn’t make as much money off me. She will be the only stylist I use going forward!

Terrible, I was looking for help with makeup and the terrible woman who works there from the UK, horrible character, I don't feel like she helped me and she treated me like I wasn't going to pay.

Bad, bad, the woman who supposedly helped me "" look for my foundation for my face looked at me strangely and she wasn't a big help and when I told her that it was my birthday month, she would have my birthday gift and she told me no. He had nothing to give and he looked like he was laughing with the other cashier, super bad.
