Chick filet traffic blocks access. Bad location. Service is fine.

Always very very friendly at this branch. Pleasant small talk while working quickly. That's a winning combination for me.

Why not 5stars? There is a location near Hanover MD. My last experience- horrid! Simply never go there if time means something. Most recent was like 10stars. An example of banking under promising/overdelivering.Had two pending transactions in my checking- needed them to drop before posting. A lot to ask- but they were able to do it. Typically those need to post then you go through a chargeback situation.Anyway- 4stars and thank you.

On a weekday morning, Monica had me in and out the door surprisingly fast while maintaining both professionalism and kind demeanor. Likewise the branch manager was very courteous but did not attempt to pressure me and to discussion of more services or delay me in any way. 10/10 recommend.

Do not even think about opening an account at this branch if you are in a non-profit organization! My non-profit organization attempted to make an appointment at the branch to change the signature cards for the account due to a change in office holders for the organization. I contacted the branch to make an appointment to accomplish what should have been a routine transaction, since our organization had already contacted Truist at its customer service number to find out what paperwork we needed to bring with us. I had to leave a telephone message because Truist can't be bothered with having actual human beings answer phone calls at the branch. The person who called me back led me to believe that my organization would have to locate the people who set up the account several decades ago in order to alter the signatory authorities! Still scratching my head about how Truist can get away with putting these roadblocks in place for non-profit organizations who rely on volunteers to do their work. My organization may have to close its account at Truist and open an account somewhere else in order to empower the current leadership to have control over the organization's funds.

Staff more on a Saturday, drive thru wait times are 20+ minutes! Lobby also is not open for banking, you have to make an appointment. BS. They are milking it because of Covid, open your lobby and stop making banking hard to access for your customers.

First bank in years that DID NOT charge me to cash my paycheck as a non-account-holder. Woot! Just like the good old days when all banks would honor checks written from their bank. Woot! Also very timely, professional and friendly.

The new Truist location in Germantown is next to impossible to use since it is adjacent to Chick-fil-A. They share the same parking lot which is insufficient for Chic-fil-A traffic much less going to the Truist Bank. Incredibly poor planning. Best to find another Bank unless you like sitting in traffic.

Poor service they won’t return my money Brenda the branch manager has been giving me the run around for 3 days now. She’s unable to get in contact with fraud / claims department they took my money and won’t return it.. I have been there all morning and I heard multiple customers walking in complaining about different issues that they weren't able to get assistance from the branch.

This branch is very disappointing. Spent nearly two hours (mostly on hold) on a call w/ BB&/Truist yesterday (10/22) and was eventually told that the best place to resolve my issue - being paid 0.01% in interest on all of my accounts. So I went today and there was a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed 10/10/21. I found that odd because that date was a Sunday almost two weeks ago. A lady came to the door to let people out who promptly told me that the lobby was closed due to Covid. Obviously not since she'd just let two people out. I am tired of people and organizations using Covid as an excuse for POOR customer service. But there is still the question of interest - or lack there of. They use the excuse of Covid for this too. They plead "poverty." Yet the bank feels free to purchase naming rights to all kinds of athletic facilities.
