A lady name Ana is AMAZING with great costumer service just got a new Benzo and needed some car air fresheners and she helped me find the perfect smell and showed me how to use it. Definitely recommend coming to this location!!

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars! I will never return to this location. Staff didn’t greet me and my family when we walked in. I was followed by another staff member. Trust me there’s nothing spectacular about Bath and Body Works to have to do all of that. I’d rather go to other establishments where’s it’s worth the time and money.Oh and they didn’t have any bags so my wallflower refills were given to me bare with no wrapping. A bag was offered but at an additional price. Never again!

This isn’t about my experience but one I observed today. While waiting in line to check out, a mother and her daughter in front of me attempted to exchange a few items they had received as gifts. The ladies at the counter were so unbelievably rude and unwilling to help these two customers for literally no reason at all and then after refusing to help them and basically forcing them to leave the store with what they came with, made fun of and laughed about how they treated the mother and daughter like they were proud they were so rude. Absolutely dumbfounded at this behavior, especially by grown women… bath and body works do better…
