My sales rep, anthony canas, is amazing! Give that man a raise! He greeted me immediately, and began the process of setting up my new phone, everything went quickly and smoothly. He was very informative and helped me upgrade my plan so I finally have unlimited data. His associate, Gardian is also so helpful! Gardian helped install my new phone screen, I'm terrible at putting those things on so I was very grateful to have his help. The entire staff interact with each other in such a friendly, family-like manner. Great atmosphere and great service!

Great experience at this store. Helped right away, in and out with a new phone in 10 minutes at most. Service representative (Gardian) was extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Great experience.

This is the worst store for customer service wait I don’t even know if they know what that’s is. Taking care of customers needs. I ordered a new phone just wanted some update information the store employee said that they were not able to access that information. So I just left the store.

We arrived at the ATT store before the work crowd showed up and Anthony helped my wife and I as soon as we walked in. He showed me the phones I was considering and once I decided which phone I wanted Anthony walked us through the process and it was seamless. The service was the best I ever had at any AT&T phone store I ever visited!

The young man helping me (I can't remember his name) was so friendly as soon as I walked in the door. After explaining my issue he immediately knew what the problem was. It took a while to actually fix it but he was knowledgeable and professional the entire time. I will definitely go back if I have any further issues. Thank you so much!

The people at this store as nice but Gardian is extremely nice. He went above and beyond for my parents. Took his time and set up my moms phone with no complain. He deserves a raise. Just an exceptional person.

The store representative was very knowledgeable. I was do for an upgrade. It didn’t take long it was less than 30 minutes I was in and completed.

Sean was amazing and knew his stuff. I'd been trying to unlock phones that I'd paid off (May 23rd) but was having so many problems, run around doing it the way I was supposed to (online, over the phone). Went to the store as a last ditch effort. I hope that there will hire people like Sean in the tech department. I can't say "thank you" enough.

I purchased a prepaid card online. But the number porting did not go through, and my number was in a limbo! Calls to ATT customer supprot were unhelpful, and automated vopice kept asking me to go to a store. I went to this store. There was a very helpful representative at the store who was able to connect me to a customer support representative on the phone. Apparently, they have no way of helping me with this particular issue, and this was a well-known issue with several people who came to the store before me with exact same issue with number porting. After 45 minutes on the phone, I was able to resolve this issue with a physical SIM card (instead of a eSIM). Later, I was told that this is a retailer store, and I should have gone to a "corporate store".

Visited the store to get a new phone activated and my old phone's apps and data transferred over. Rashssan Ruffin provided excellent customer service! He was very professional and personable and the transition to my new phone was flawless. I also purchased an Otter box and the lifetime screensaver. Rashssan meticulously removed all the adhesive from where the plastic screen saver was attached to the Otter box in order to ensure the glass screen saver could be installed properly. I'm very appreciative of Rashssan's outstanding customer service.

This is not a store issue but a major operational disaster when a person calls the AT&T Customer Service using their 611 number. Their customer service representatives are woefully ill-prepared and unable to help a customer. Here's the situation: I did an upgrade at an AT&T outlet inside the Wal-Mart store in Germantown, MD. The customer service agent signed me up and unbeknown to me created a 3rd line on my account. This is not what I asked for or wanted. It took these guys 4 weeks before and 5 phone calls of a minimum of 42 minutes each call to get this resolved. I was very disappointed in AT&T Wireless' Customer Service.
