“An elegant apartment home community in Germantown. Residents seem to be generally pleased. According to their website, “As one of Montgomery County’s premier apartment communities, our one-, two-, and three-bedroom Germantown apartments showcase the ideal balance of style and functionality. Our homes were designed with you in mind, with a great location just around the corner from shopping, dining, major employers, and commuter routes.Appears to be conveniently located, in a nice area, and plenty of parking. Worth considering if looking for an apartment home in the Germantown or surrounding areas.”
“These are amazing apartments in a great area, and it's a great place to call home. The staff was always pleasant and greeted you with a smile and willing to help you with any issue. The workout room was one of my favorites at the pinnacle. So if you are looking for your next apartment please give pinnacle a call.Brandon”
“I am relocating from Virginia I have been looking for an apartment some places I have called haven't been so nice. However, I just hung up with Erica and she was so kind, explained to me so I could understand, she didn't rush me off the phone. I truly appreciated her calm voice and her knowledge of her community and their options. Thank you so much”
“Great place to live… unfortunately; I believe they have many people here on the voucher and it really shows! When someone actually works and earns something they usually respect it a little more… I’ve seen people throwing their trash out of the window of their cars like it’s not a big deal someone else will pick it up… and we wonder why their kids act the way they do; they should hire security at the very least until noon or park one of those police cameras in the parking lot it’s plenty of space to record activities… and keep the disrespectful kids from the high school from fumigating the stairwell with marijuana smoke.the schools takes no action because the school system doesn’t care because they are getting federal funding for registered kids living on the system; ie. vouchers and food stamps and so on… so; if the kid comes to school or not they are still getting their money and that’s what it’s all about not morals or responsibility for that matter. That’s why the head of MoCo schools makes as much or more than the president of the United States…”
“Having lived here for almost 5 years straight, the maintenance department has gone playing t-ball to the Major Leagues. If nothing else, that is a huge improvement. The Hamptons is not the worst place to live, and like everywhere else it has its ups and downs. There has been significant improvements in major areas where our first couple years produced much complaint. See photo for an example of the improvement!
Thank you.”
“You’ll love it here. I’ve been here for 2plus years so I’ve gotten pretty acquainted with the team taking care of us. Chris at the front desk is always pleasant to speak to and jumps on any issues I have. Stephanie is the best property manager everrrr. Love her. The real star though is the maintenance team. Angel is the best. They hired a new maintenance guy who my kids love talking to. Definitely a great community for family and super responsive.”
