Went to this location yesterday and bought in my cup like I normally do for ice.(Free)Happened so,I still had half of my vitamin water in it. So that means adding ice will make it look like I put something to drink in it. The crossed eyed guy said he was watching me at the fountain the whole entire time and that I put a drink in my cup, which wasn’t true. He proceeded to charge me 1.05 for it. When I bought up that was kind of a form of discrimination due to I was the only person of another race in there. He got upset and we started to have this dispute about it. I told him I wanted his name and that’s when he ran into the back office. So then Mahammod started talking to me as well and behalf of his co worker. So wanted his name as well and he immediately took off his badge placing under something. Not only to mentioned he all so called me stupid. I felt I was being discriminated against and disrespected in front of customers. Overall that experience was horrible and I would never give anymore of my money to this establishment.

They didn't want to sell me pizza, just because they said that at that time very little pizza is sold! and if I wanted a pizza they only sold it whole?Every time the service at the 7 elevens is more despicable!??

I tired calling this store 5+ times as I lost my debit card and needed to see if hopefully someone turned it in, and not one time did anyone answer. What’s the point of having a phone if you aren’t going to answer ? Completely unacceptable!!!! Thank you soooo much for all your help . NOT.

This location had rancid cold brew coffee. The other two off 355 further down towards Gaithersburg have much fresher coffee. Very disappointing.

They put a $100 hold on $20 worth of gas and shorted me a dollar on a cash purchase. I let the dollar go but now reading reviews apparently this is common practice.

Look, I get it. Working at a convenience store in a pandemic, with aggravated and aggravating people coming in and out all the time is not what you want to do in life. But do you need to be so rude?There is also a big sign at the door about the mask requirement (January 2022, Omicron wave), but none of the staff are wearing any type of mask. They handle people's food with their bare hands. And they sometimes don't notice (or ignore?) the clientele because they are looking down at their mobile phones.The packaged food is good. It's all branded. But the service... Sheesh!

Let me tell you… my husband and I got two drinks here… he got a ‘sweet tea’ and I got a ‘blue raspberry slushee’. BOTH tasted like straight chemicals. Wouldn’t be surprised if it genuinely was. Also harassed by two men outside while pumping my gas. Would NEVER get anything to eat or drink from here.

A place where they don't accept 7-eleven promotions, always with the excuse that the system doesn't work.
Also a place where it does not have the engineering measures corresponding to the coronavirus that by law they have to provide.
HAND SANITIZER is always empty, a place that I do not recommend.
