Please go to liberty mill, like don’t even waste your time. I go to the gym; cant even grab a coffee or water without being disrespected or watched. The older gentleman is incredibly rude; I went to do a cash deposit and he yelled at me. I yelled at him back. Never doing business there again…Tm of a headache.

Horrible customer service. Staff doesn't understand english properly and on top of that they're rude and make mistakes with the transaction. When you try to claim a refund because of their mistake, they don't refund you.

Those who are attending are completely rude, they do not understand what one needs, he needed to make a transaction a few days ago and they made a completely different one from what he had requested, they behaved rudely and we had a conflict because they did not know how to do the service he was requesting, because they offer a service that they do not know what it consists of, last time I visited that store.

They need to have bilingual people serving them, the people who serve there do what they want with people who do not speak English well and are rude when serving. Customer service is terrible there.

Got chicken wings here and some snacks in here and it's pretty good. Store is clean and well stocked. Staff is okay and atleast they smile when we check out. Checking out is fast, no standing in line too long.

Ordered this online and received this. Obviously this has been out for hours because it’s completely dry. I called and told them thinking it had to be a mistake. The person said it was fresh even though they were completely dried and crushed. Fresh tacos would be extremely hot and definitely very moist not dry. Oh and the expired ice cream. I’m completely sick. The other day the bread I got was expired. I feel they have no humanity in them if they are selling expired food or inedible food. Never again.

I was in there this morning to buy a cup of ice, when I walked in there was a hotdog on the floor I let the guy at the front know. He picked it up with the tongs and didn't throw it away he put it back up under the heat on the rollers for sale.

They treat customers horribly at that store. The place sign prices in frontof the producs, and then, when you go to pay for it, they tried to overcharge people. The scanner shows a higher price. It is a technique they use to fool customers . It is a shame 7/11 franchiser don't supervise anymore.

This place is UNSANITARY and a health hazard! I purchased a pint of their brand of ice cream. I got home to find it had been unsealed and someone had eaten 25% of it and put the seal back on. If that didn’t make it inedible the fact it was completely freezer burned does! Disgusting and disappointing. The Health Department needs to be called!

The man at the counter was rude. While I was trying to informed him of the advertised price posted in his store, he cut me off and said no I was wrong. I said sir, it's posted righter there, he said no. He just wanted to cut me off and shut me up...so I shut up and left without purchasing.

I recently visited this 7-Eleven location excited about the announced discount on large coffees, bringing the price down to $1.50. However, upon arrival, I discovered that all the large cups had mysteriously disappeared. The only options presented were to purchase a medium or extra-large cup, both at higher prices. This seems like a simple trick to mislead customers and potentially negate the promised discount. Disappointing experience due to what appears to be deceptive practices. While a dollar or two does not make a big difference, deceiving customers does.
In addition to the issue with cup sizes, I've encountered a concerning situation at this 7-Eleven. On two occasions, I noticed leftover milk being used in the coffee machine, resulting in a horrible taste. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager and requested a replacement, he denied using leftover milk despite clear evidence and my complaint about the unpleasant coffee taste. Disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment and resolution regarding this quality issue.

DO NOT GO TO 13001 WISTERIA 7/11 IN GERMANTOWN MD
I was making a latté when suddenly the machine stopped because of whole milk insufficiency. The cup was about 1/3 filled, so I took another cup, and this time, I opted for nonfat milk. At the checkout, all 3 store employees agreed to make me pay for 2 cups of latté, I paid, but I ended up not taking my latté because I was too upset. Was the machine stopping from lack of whole milk my fault? They didn't want to hear my complaint. This 7/11 is the worst place, please if you can avoid going there, go somewhere else.
