Beware of the service dept here. These people tried to take me to the bank. I went in for periodic maintenance on my Subaru at the Heritage dealership (after only putting 12,000 miles on the car) and they told me that I needed another oil change (for $69 when I had just gotten one) because I had an oil leak coming from my aftermarket oil filter (because I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube instead of using them) and that I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors for $568 for the front and $568 for the rear. I had not seen any evidence of an oil leak, on my parking pad or any place else, so I told them, "Take my car off the lift and give it back." I took it back to the Jiffy Lube that I have been going to for 20+ years. They said the oil levels were fine and they saw no leaks, but they replaced the filter for free (just in case). I also took my car to my honest mechanic who replaced the front and rear brake pads and rotors for $545 total, including parts, labor and tax. The dealership would have charged me more than $1,200 to make these repairs. I don't trust them and I would not recommend them.

This is my third car from the MB dealership. Two of them I had dealings with Mr Dylan Jones in the sales department. If he tells you something you can count on it. I did have a little problem with the service department once, but they took care of it in a very satisfying way. I highly recommend Mr. Jones and the dealership.

I purchased my Subaru Forester from here 4 years ago. The buying experience was amazing. I regularly visit the service center attached to the dealership and have always had good experience. Each of the staff at the service center is very courteous, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Nice waiting area if you are planning to wait while your car is being serviced. Would continue going here to get my car serviced, as long as i own a Subaru here.
