“This is such an amazing store! Me and all of my friends shop here! Everyone is amazing and super helpful! The store owner is amazing and always willing to help! She really works hard to make her store feel accepting and fun! It’s a great very needed Jewish small business in Baltimore that the whole community loves! I hear nothing but good things and is one of our favorites! If I ever had a problem with an item they would always try to help me the best they can and if they couldn’t they would explain it very nicely and politely. Great customer service. 100% recommend. “Me and my boyfriend John were in desperate need of outfits for the Renaissance Faire. We were lost on how style ourselves, but fortunately Lisa came to our rescue. She was sociable, welcoming, and an expert at her craft. We told her our situation and the few ideas we had, and she just ran with it. She personally selected our outfits to fit the exact occasion. It was a fantastic trip and we're so thankful Lisa was there to help!”

“Happened to be walking passed Octavia Boutique in the Village of Cross Keys and this outfit in the window stopped me dead in my tracks! I had to have it!! Reversible coat ok …. The ENTIRE OUTFIT! Love this beautiful boutique the styles cannot be found anywhere in Baltimore! Her window displays and how organized Betsy has the boutique makes it easy to shop! She’s even open 7 days a week! It’s my new place!”
“Big fan of this store. They have a huge selection of every category and a great clearance section. The cashier was really nice when I went up to pay for my really great deals. I am an Old Navy girl so I always find something when I’m there. They had a great summer collection this year. This plaza also has a ton of stuff including Kohl’s and Mom’s Organic Grocery.”

“Very professional and will go always out the way to deliver value. Small example, had suits, and pants not made by them by they tailor it at no cost. All my wardrobe fitted on first try, trunk show was an absolute success. They will come to your home or place of work to take measurements and deliveries . Absolutely highly recommended top quality tailor”

“AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! Most clothing stores will not care after you spend your money he understands the key is for long term customers and he has one in me from now on!”

“Love the long mumus or whatever people call it. The long nightgowns with tribal designs on it. Seems like a Mexican based spot for clothes only because I noticed a lot of the shirts say Bonita or has skulls on it. But if you have time to search it’s decent selections”

“I've been shopping at this location for many years without concerns however today was an exception. The customer service was lacking due inattentiveness and difficulty answering questions. I was there to purchase bathing suits. Fortunately, Cindy stepped in and saved the day (hence the 4 stars). She was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and highly effective. Without making excuses, Cindy explained that they were training new staff. If the new staff reflects Cindy's style and expertise, Lands End will have a stellar store on their books. Thank you Cindy!”

“Love coming here, but there's always incorrect pricing. The signs 6 40% off everything on the rack, but when I get to the register, it's only 20% off. The management team has never giving me a hard time but instead they honored the sale sign on the rack and thats why I continue shopping here but get those signs right because you're losing out!!”
“There is only one reason to come here, the body scrub/massage package!! The first time I came here a couple years ago, I was bored and didn't see the point of coming back, I wanted a massage for my birthday and thought I would try another body scrub, as I had one years ago at a different Korean spa. I soaked in the hot tub for a half an hour, as other reviewers recommended, the body scrub was a half hour followed by a deep tissue massage. You have a towel covering your face and man junk, so there is no need to feel uncomfortable about being exposed. I would describe the body scrub as very precise and professional. The massage was great too, and wasn't a rub down, but more deep tissue pressure points, he even added those suction cups that you see athletes use, on tense muscles areas. Afterwards, he washes and rinses you off, I felt like a king! I highly recommend!! Make sure to bring cash for a tip, as you can't add a tip using a credit card.”

Clothes give a vintage vibe but they are new clothings i think. They are good quality. I found one dress really cute on sale section which was 50 dollars.
