I usually visit this lovely place with the same friend. This was our first visit since Covid and we look the wrong turning. But, it was comforting to finally get there and find the same welcoming atmosphere. A delicious Cubano sandwich with salad and a cup of coffee, was the reward. Another thing to like about this Bistro is there is something for everyone. Omnivores, vegetarians or vegans can find something delicious.Vegetarian options: Black bean burger, salads, veggie pizza, soup. There are Also fish dishes for vegetarians who eat fish.

Enjoy the food and the service. We got the calamari and the muscles appetizers. They were great.

The food is mediocre with lip fries, and even limper onion rings. The fish appears to be their best menu item for suburban place. It’s not bad, but in a sophisticated market like DC this is truly third rate with absolutely terrible service.

The soup of the day, butternut squash with toasted pumpkin seeds was the best I've ever had .

Thank you!!! We have a toddler at home who has just hit the phase of not cooperating when we go out to eat. We reluctantly ordered delivery close to bed time having been disappointed by several places before. Not this time. After the little one went to bed, we had the burger, fries, and pesto pasta. It was all delicious!!! We are admittedly critical or mediocre food and I cannot say enough good about our experience even after the food took an hour for delivery.

Shawn was our wonderful waiter once again. It was very kind of him to move us to a nice table that was available. The food and atmosphere is lovely....even the sound of the train traveling past Garrett Park!

I was here in 2017 and the food was pretty decent. Loved the mint ice cream it was so fresh. The restaurant is in a Victorian house that they changed to a restaurant.

Great spot for a home cooked meal tucked away in Garret Park. A nice hideaway to enjoy a cozy homemade soup in fall and winter or sit on front porch in spring or early fall, eat chat, watch trains or relax. A real "gem'. Added bonus is the small hometown post office under the building to mail packages without waiting or get stamps.Parking: A gem as I mentioned above.

This is an incredibly charming, tucked-away restaurant with a perfectly fitting menu and friendly service. We have gone for brunch, lunch, and dinner over the years and have always had a nice meal each time. Their menu is reasonably priced and they have been able to accommodate a number of requests for allergies.Would recommend for anyone looking to dine somewhere quaint and away from any hustle or bustle.Parking: Ample free parking out front

If you are looking for a place for a special occasion come here. On the more expensive side but it's not over priced because the food quality is high and service is great. Also some smaller intimate rooms.
