I ordered 2 sandwiches. The sandwich maker completely messed up the entire order. 1 sandwich was supposed to be ham, onion, lettuce, cheese, bacon. Tomato & pickles were added to this sandwich & left off of the 2nd sandwich. The onion & bacon were put on the 2nd sandwich, which didn't even have that on the order. Extremely irritating.

I have gone to this Wawa for years and sadly the quality has really dropped. Long wait times for orders and constant items out of stock mean many times I leave with nothing.They removed all the shakers from the self service coffee bar and now only offer cream and sugar. I would recommend going to a 711 instead as they usually will have a lot more options for quick service coffee.The Ready to Go breakfast options are almost always out of stock in the morning as the staff are unable to keep up with demand.

Wawa is a great experience. Despite his outward appearance, my cashier, Patrick, was polite and courteous. My chips and tic-tacs tasted better simply because he had touched them while scanning them. He really should cut his hair though.

Store sucks, clerks are rude, don’t know how to work the registers, they are extremely slow, never have bags in the self checkout, never have bfast morning sandwiches rdy. Overall worst wawa experience in Md. 0

Filthy pump area. It's clear they haven't cleaned wiped anything down in months. The pump handle was covered in old oil. Diesel fuel in the windshield cleaner bin was icing on the cake.

We moved here a few years ago and were very excited to have a Wawa so close to our house. Growing up with Wawa being the Go-To convenience station, this was great news for us. In the last six years, this Wawa in particular has gone significantly down hill. Each trip, they either mess up our order, let you know of an out of stock item after you have used the system, or have customer service that lacks the basic and simple courtesy you would expect. I would never expect to receive 5 star customer service at a Wawa, but basic acknowledgement of questions or orders being wrong should be easy enough. Leaving this review because there has been at least one issue in every trip over the past few months. I’m hoping management can step in and revamp the place, because it still COULD be a great place to go.

Slow deli service if you go late on a Saturday night, I usually have to wait at least 20 minutes for just a hoagie if there's two orders ahead of mine, and my order is usually inconsistently made here as well: Sometimes they put too few chicken strips on the sandwich or they forget the Old Bay entirely. Also the menu is a lot more limited than my local Wawa for whatever reason, they don't seem to offer some of the newer menu items at this location. This Wawa is conveniently located for my commute home from Glen Burnie since it's right off of 97 South, but my local one is so much better that it's worth the extra drive.

We and everyone else in the fast food restaurant had to wait for nearly 30 minutes because the waitress simply opted not to do their job.

My first visit to this location was not a good one, though I usually have a good experience at Wawa. I hope that today was an off day and not the norm, so I won't hesitate to return if I'm in the area again.I went in for a slushy/icee/squishy type of drink and the machines weren't working. Since I can't have carbonated drinks today, I opted for a handcrafted milkshake. Despite being available at the kiosk, the machine was offline for cleaning for 30 to 60 minutes. I had to go somewhere else to get a similar beverage.I was pleased that the manager was prompt in refunding my drink purchase despite her obvious busyness, and she also refunded the free frozen lemonade I got with a reward. I didn't ask for that and offered to remove that from the refund, but she gave it to me anyway for the trouble.The building was pretty clean and well kept. It was really busy today, but I didn't hear a single complaint from the staff while they all worked at a fast pace. The staff I encountered were pleasant and all seemed to be working hard.

Worst Wawa I've ever been to. They won't even start to make your food til you pay for it. Then you still have a 50/50 chance. I paid, waited 15 minutes, and didn't get my sandwich. I guess skimpflation to Wawa is to make paid customers wait so long they give up and you get to sell the same food twice.
