This place is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever seen. The pharmacy was closed for lunch with no signage….the Pharmacist was having a conversation with another employee without acknowledging our presence at all! I finally asked if they were open and was rudely told they were closed until 2 with no apology. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Took them 30 hours (yes hours) to fill my daughter's ointment prescription and it still wasn't ready when I went to pick it up. When I asked why it wasn't ready after more than a day, the Pharmacist replied, "We're busy," and walked off. Terrible time management, terrible service, terrible employees.Round Two.Had a script called in three days ago, went to pick it up, told it wasn't ready. Asked what was taking so long and got a similar response to last time, "We're busy". This is honestly the last time we'll be coming here. The pharmacist's attitude is bad enough, we don't need to support such a poorly run place.

I was on hold for over 90 minutes. I finally just gave up. I’m pretty sure they didn’t help the two people ahead of me, they probably just gave up too and hung up. I’ve been in the store before and watched them just ignore the phone as well. It’s a terrible location

I came earlier today right before the end of lunch. Waited 9 mins to be told the medication wasn't ready. I asked how long it took to put a prepackaged tube of cream in a bag. The receptionist said "Medication still needed to be reviewed by several people ". So I said I'd return when they texted my wife when the medication was ready.I came back and I've been in line for over 50 mins. They've helped 2 cars and one still to go. I arrived during slow hours per google times and have lost a hour of my life to pick up a tube of medication. I would give 0 star if I didn't receive the medication and I had the option. Now it's been a hour and still one car to go.This is probably a result of low pay and hiring the least experienced pharmacists and staff.

Worst drugstore ever! They take forever to fill prescriptions. Now they’re so focused on the newest Covid vaccine that they don’t even start filling prescriptions until you call and ask. I did this after 2 spine surgeries in 2 weeks, just to have my wife go the next day and they still aren’t ready!!! It took her throwing a fit in the store before they even started! Get your heads out of your rear ends. People’s prescriptions are clearly not what makes them money if they can be distracted by other things.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. ALWAYS encounter delays and issues getting things filled. Out of frustration my husband went in to talk to someone in person on my behalf. The person listened to him then went and clocked out and LEFT because her shift was over. She never turned it over to anyone else either. The drive through is never open. The lines are always long. Things are never filled on time. I’ve currently been trying to get one rx for a MONTH. Walgreens has made me ask my provider FIVE separate times to rewrite my Rx claiming there’s an issue each time. I finally had to have a medical assistant call and speak to them on my behalf. Rx was finally accepted and was supposed to be ready at 11. It’s now 5:40 PM and I waited in line for at least 20min and am being told it’ll be a half hour wait.

This Walgreens needs to fix their processes! My daughter had a vaccine appointment for 3:30pm, it’s 4:16pm and we still waiting. While waiting I have witnessed several people complaining about the same thing…. Their medicine was supposed to be ready and it’s not.

Literally the WORST pharmacy. Drive thru is never open, can never get thru on the phone. Customer service sucks.

The pharmacy is extremely slow. The drive thru window has been down for the last 3 months. You would think they would fix it. They are short staffed. They need to hire new management.

I had a bad experience at this pharmacy. The only positive experience I had was with a former employee at the drive-thru. When I go inside, the staff seems uninterested in helping me. When I call to check on my prescription, I am on hold for a long time. Today, I waited for an hour and the pharmacist hung up on me. The store looks like it's going out of business. I recommend finding a different Walgreens. I hope Walgreens can improve their service.

Please stay away from this pharmacy if your medicine is urgent. My doctor sent the prescription at 1pm, it took them 6 hours to get that ready. I had to go twice to pick my medicine.

The most incompetent pharmacy I've ever used. Every month there's a new issue - today I had to spend hours on the phone with my insurance company, and then go to another Walgreens location because this one messed up and couldn't be bothered to fix it. Take your Rx literally anywhere else.

My experience wasn't bad. I went via drive thru. The drive thru used to be closed to everyone but COVID appointments which was upsetting for awhile having to get out the car with three children just to pick up a prescription. I was in the drive thru for about 25 mins waiting to get a prescription. Not worth the wait when it was only 2 cars in front of me. I have considered sending my prescriptions elsewhere but this location is convenient.

We went in for booster shots as a family, and I was surprised at how long it took to get them. We reserved a time slot online, and we didn't get our first shot until 45 minutes after the first scheduled appointment. The woman working the pharmacy checked us in, and she was also responsible for the drive-thru and all regular pharmacy traffic.Honestly, it was too much for one person to reasonably handle in a respectable amount of time. I felt bad for her. She was patient and calm despite everything, but you could tell it was taking its toll.Walgreens needs to do better about staffing.Beyond that, it wasn't a bad experience all things considered. We got all of our shots within a couple of minutes ultimately. But, as we had appointments of 3:30, 3:45, and 4:00, yet we didn't get out of there until close to 4:30, that was a bit of a chore.I'm not sure I would make this my primary pharmacy in the future. If they don't care to staff any better than my current one, then why should I switch?
