This place is huge!! Very spacious. It looks better and bigger than some hotel ? rooms. Bathrooms are clean, automatic, with toilet seat covers, and lids!!!

Terrible customer service. Which is such a shame. I hosted an event here in 2017 with no big issues, it was a great event. But fast forward to today and I wouldn't host an event here if you paid me. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They lack the professionalism to respond to a quote request. Five emails later no quote, just their excuse about why they cannot give a quote. I was confused, I thought the sole purpose was to make money. But I digress. Others may have a better experience with them now, but I won't repeat business here.

I had a party here in September- glad it's over. Definitely not worth the money- actually I believe we were overcharged. Customer service isn't great and place was not clean. The sashes they put on the chairs were nice and they tables were set up as I requested. I would check elsewhere when looking for a venue.

We used this space for an educational seminar.The staff was kind and helpful when we met to sign the paperwork. They met me at the space and walked me around. Great location with many catering options nearby. Mid seminar my husband even got a smoothie from smoothie king. The whole class had Panera from 1 min up the road. They helped with tables and chairs and even banner poles.Convenient, clean, and comfortable place that allows for social distancing. Very happy with my experience.
